This caregiver has been traumatized by this experience. I guarantee you that she was so apprehensive about changing the patient’s diaper at times because of the possibility of fecal matter being thrown on her.
She should have quit because this was not a one person job. An aggressive demented person can not be reasoned with. A doctor needs to be on hand to prescribe medications and a nurse needs to administer the medication. Aggressive dementia people can not be cared for by a young girl off the internet.
victoriavictoria 8871 👈 The defendant knew she has no experience and no knowledge on such serious medical matters , yet she took up this job and playing a victim card by saying she was doing it for the first time and some crap 💩 in regards to her family matters . Well she’s a hopeless case but still won in the court which was wrong as the plaintiff was a fool for already paying her fully in advance for the third month . Zero sympathy for such morons who play victim card .
Being a caregiver of my grandmother, who had Alzheimer’s Disease, at times she would be combative. Especially when she could not remember who I was and/or why I was there.
Yes I took care of my husband & if it wasn’t for my children many times he would had killed me by throwing is walker or anything else he could get his hands on; my late husband who was the most righteous man, never lifted his voice to us & we never had an argument because he was thought to walk away by is father ❤❤❤
Some people with dementia are extremely violent and volatile, I have worked in this field and ive been beaten I had my cheek and eye socket broken I've been bitten so badly it drew blood, they also frequently refuse to eat and drink. He needs to try doing the job for a few days then he'll realise how physically and mentally demanding the job is!.
Regardless of whether this show is fake or NOT, I still enjoy watching "Justice With Judge Mablean". At least you got a chance to meet its host the honourable Judge Mablean Ephriam. I'm NOT sure if you know this but years prior to hosting this show, she was on "Divorce Court" as the presiding judge from 1999 until 2006 when she left & was replaced by her successors Judge Lynn Toler (hosted the show from 2006-2020), Judge Faith Jenkins (hosted the show from 2020 until 2022. She was also the host of a court show called "Judge Faith" back in 2014) & its current host Judge Star Jones (she is one of the original hosts of a long running 1997 ABC daytime talk show entitled "The View").
Eye have been a caregiver for a lady that had Dementia Wow that was a job a lot of work but because of my love for the elderly and want to see them taken care of eye stayed this man evidently doesn't know the gravity of what a caregiver goes through He needs to Stay Home for a few days and he will experience the process should be glad he had someone who genuinely tried to assist his mother Kudos to the young lady
@kor405 That's NOT the law, though. This fake judge can say whatever she wants, but she's 100% wrong. A real judge would overturn this ruling in a second. I hope he appeals this illegal decision. Yes, they are allowed to appeal in cases where the "judge" is so egregiously wrong, like this one.
About that iron deficiency, my mother has been on potassium pills, for a decade and still has deficiencies. Same with magnesium. So you can take pill and still be deficient. Also, stop saying “demented,” is dementia.
I filmed mine at the beginning of March they said the episode would be broadcast on live TV & TH-cam in May. After a while, they will take the video off their YT channel. #1) Search for the name of the ep you're in on YT #2) Screen record it asap! #3) Reach out to the co-star you worked on the court case with and see if they have the video to share with you. Good luck!
Sadly real judges break the law ALL the time. You should watch the people's court with judge Millan, she makes illegal rulings all the time. She is the most inconsistent judge I've ever seen. She rules based on emotion, not law, and she can Not control her emotions at all. I don't understand how jidges like that are allowed to continue being a judge.
Lol I love u Celene 💕
I 💗🫶🏼 U Jahné!
He needs to stay home 24 hours a day with his mom. He is going to be in for some shocking times as the disease progresses.
Yep. We redirect and bargain with mom to get her to comply with our wishes... 🎉
Patience and skills are key.
24 hours a day is a lot. That's why he needs experienced caregivers who know about dementia.
Judge Mablean so silly. "You'll be alright." 🤣

The man should get cameras put in his home.

Does not take a nurse to administer a pill, and many injectable medications. Iron pills are just over the counter for sure no doctor or nurse needed.

She seems to be such a sweet decent young lady ❤

I really like this judge. I wish she could be in the trial with Trump❤
Trump 2024😂😂😂😂
And if you try and make them do what they don't want, they really resist more... 😮😢
She should have not taken the job. It was too much..

You should have kept your own mother
No judge she has to give some money back
No.
She just said according to the law .....so ....what do mean !?
Change the law?

This case was a joke. The girl accepted a job she couldn't handle and got paid "severence pay" for getting fired for being unable to do jer job.
Why would he find someone on the internet to take care of his mother
How do you find the episodes i was on one but I don’t know how to find it…

I'm not sure but regardless of whether it's real or fake, I still find this show worth watching.

I assume this isn't a real judge since she broke the law.

This the same judge that was on divorce court
Please educate me on how she broke the law (seriously, I’m not being a smart ass)

This is a tv show only Mablean is not a juge, she is however a prosecuting attorney in real life.
