So The mother of the child didn't care any longer about her being Godmother's ,but she was supposed to care about her struggling,, some people..
HOGWASH. This young mother and her boyfriend had a fight and said they didn't want this baby anymore. This friend generously offered to host the baby shower for this young mother and comfort her in her time of need, when the baby's Dad had abandoned her, and then, as soon as they've had the baby shower she just HAPPENS to reconcile with the baby's Dad and now, the Baby Daddy is back in the picture and he doesn't like this friend and her opinion of him, so the friend is fired from being the baby's Godmother. I would feel betrayed too.

I've had classmates who have done and said things they're not proud of or that they regret doing, but that doesn't mean they can't change. Just apologize and move forward.
But spoiled and evil children never change till they become adults and see the real world, faults and all.
I've had rude ignorant teachers like the plaintiff described, I always let them know that wherever I end up in life, I'll make sure that I'm better off than them and I'd go about my day. Every offensive word doesn't have to be addressed, just keep it moving and live your best life. BTW, I'm definitely better off than any of my high school teachers.

I've read Huckleberry Finn (the simplified version) with my tutor, but not in school. But I have never heard anyone in my classes in grade school use such racist words like the "n" word. Both parties may not like each other, but they have to respect each other.

The second case is about the mother thinking she's entitled. What a nasty person. She will need her best friend again. Because the father will walk out again.
I see the defendant looking like she seen a ghost when the Plaintiff explained why she got offended by her using the N word around her black students. But the Plaintiff daughter was entitled and hated her teacher. Spoiled and rotten.
That little girl probably stole that phone back.
I also bet that it didn't actually COST $1000. Most of us get a phone for free (so maybe a prorated amount would be due, but the full amount)
