Such machines are often not very accurate.
😂😂😂 Who cares about,damn accuracy! ! ! !these machine are not for using in Hypersonic missile machining ! ! !these are cheap and affordable to local roadside small repair and maintenance shops.
A stone age production line? So inefficient that the workers are poorly paid to make them affordable and still aren’t worth buying 🤷♂️
if I see how there handle the Bearings 🥵 one time push it in with a Hammer( 4:08), one time it falls in by self ( 6:04)😂😂
Very considerate, these machines come with readymade built in rust…….looks like a great bargain!

this is not manufacturing, its assembly. most companies these days spray paint their products, and personally i would appreciate having mine measured, not eye-balled.

Be very interesting to see a German or Japanese factory producing these ,,, rough and ready but I guess they work .
A lot of western brands (counting Japan into that) have become a sell out. It is the inevitable course of money.. Western products are quite precise and accurate initially, but they are also flimsy and designed with cost optimization in mind. They have a lot of gimmicks, which are good for advertising but do you really need this (everything has Wifi now. It's a drill lol) They are very expensive to service and often need proprietary spare parts, too. The machines from the video are probably wobbly but solid, and due to the they can be repaired easily in countries with low labour cost. A drill like this can last a hundred years, if taken care of. Something I doubt can be achieved with modern western tools.

Hand built and hand finished. That level of craftsmanship hasn’t been undertaken by ‘western’ factories in 70 years. It always amazes me that people pour scorn on workers doing jobs that they wouldn’t do themselves. Have a bit of respect.
You are incorrect. There are plenty of places in the US that make and finish things with a far higher degree of precision and craftsmanship. The drill presses being produced in the video are pieces of 5hit.

@@nihalr6558 I use drill presses everyday. I and my coworkers make custom things with high degrees of precision and craftsmanship in a ‘western’ facility. All twelve of those drill presses are pieces of shit painted red and white.
