He exudes confidence. An almost cocky sort of devious confidence. He's the kind of person you want in your corner, not against you. And you know if he shows up in a dark alley at 3AM (what are you doing in a dark alley at 3AM?), he actually has an elite squad with him and the best sniper in the country with a firing solution on your dome. Accounting for you freezing up and trying to run.
This was probably the peak of the TekWar series. Dark, a bit weird, twisty, and full of interesting supporting character actors. And this was probably the only episode where the nemesis actually seemed threatening.
Yeah it's pretty cool seeing lot's of the people from Star Trek as well when I was watching through Stargate SG-1 and Atlantis. Q, Holograph Doctor, Captain Jelico, Counselor Troy. So obsess with the series and Chappa'ais.
I was watching this and saw William Shatner and thought... "Awe, that's cool. I didn't know Bill had been in this show. This must be an episode I haven't seen. What a treat!" Then, I continued watching for another 30 or so minutes and didn't see a monkey or a semi when it occurred to me... "WAIT A DAMN MINUTE! THIS ISN'T B.J. AND THE BEAR!!!"
I did not know there was this tekwar tv series in the years 1994 as i did not see this on mainstreams tv but its on mine pc youtube and i would love to see this on DVDs and in uk high street shops like hmv &cex shops completely boxsets series now in the year 2020
odfuqdhfiqdgfdf There IS a tekwar computer game. Made with the same engine used to make doom 2 from memory. I had it for awhile a few years back, it's available as a free download somewhere
It was made using the Build Engine (which is an FPS like Doom as you rightly pointed out), which was used to make Duke Nukem 3D and Shadow Warrior (to name 2 titles); Capstone also made Witchaven coincidentally. I have a physical copy of it, but you can get an ISO here: www.theisozone.com/downloads/pc/dos-games/william-shatners-tekwar/
fusion of mind into electric chip systems was made and visions of future war or business use...great vision of a great mind ...the captain knows the way... shocker movie is a little this idea...lawnmower man...and tekchips as a sold dugalternative for junking and ibm goes summit now...
TekWar is a television series, based on the TekWar novels ghost-written by Ron Goulart from outlines by William Shatner and developed for television by Stephen Roloff. The series follows Jake Cardigan, a former police officer turned private investigator working for Cosmos, a private security firm owned and operated by Walter Bascom. The series was broadcast in Canada on CTV and in the United States on USA Network and the Sci Fi Channel. The series, which was a co-production between Atlantis Films and Universal Television premiered on January 17, 1994 and ended on February 9, 1996. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/TekWar_(TV_series) !
So that is how the TekLords knows when someone has information on them They tell them in their fantasies. Why talk about your work in a fantasy when the very reason you have a fantasy is to escape work ect Jake should just stop seeing his ex wife and trying to see his son. Then once he has caught the one she is with now and he is put on trial and sent into prison that is when his ex wife will wake up and see who was lying the whole time as well as his son. I love the fact that the Beth just move in with him.
the fact you have them all the tekwars movies here is something i will love you for forever
Man, the future internet of the 90s is way more fun than it actually turned out to be.
The internet actually existed in 1994, Zoomer. It was the dawn of the internet age.
@@Brandon-lw1wx The way the internet of the future was depicted in the 90s.
@@EternalGuardian07 The internet existed in the 90s. Do you not get that, Zoomer?
@@Brandon-lw1wx Clearly, you have some issues to work through. Get back to me when you get some reading comprehension.
@@EternalGuardian07 I was just saying the internet was not science fiction in the 90s. You said it was.
I love Shatner in anything, he brings his own special class to any movie.
Because.
He.
Talks.
Like.
This.
Lol jk i love Shatner too
@@tatertotsmomma8246 heehee snooker! :-D
@Sigmun Lloyd, yes he does, he's great in everything!

Thanks for uploading!
Great Movie and great music!
Wow Dr Weir from Stargate Altantis, Agent Sandoval and Jonathan Doors from Earth: Final Conflict!
Yeah it's pretty cool seeing lot's of the people from Star Trek as well when I was watching through Stargate SG-1 and Atlantis. Q, Holograph Doctor, Captain Jelico, Counselor Troy. So obsess with the series and Chappa'ais.
And don't forget Auger also from Earth Final Conflict too
And Lexa Doig from Andromeda
The series was good but they lack sense of tension and "fear of unknown world" that the books had that made them more so successful , and so additive.
best tech and clothes wins the day
Pretty good Tek for 1994 when only laptops had LCD screens.
Enjoyed the movie. Thanks
I honestly felt bad for Tora in the end. She wanted so badly to be human again.
The worst part was Tora died knowing her brother didn't give a damn about her😢
Enjoyed the movie. Thanks.
This was Ray Jewers' (Bennet Sands) second to last film role.
Thanx 4 the uploads

Hmm, TekWar showed us VR and aging gaming nerds in the ’90’s!

I like the movie, a good Sci-Fi, must be, didn't understand half of what they were saying, and it was in English, all that techno jargon, thanks.

Yah, definitely not Normal for appliances.
No way! This is just like Facebook! Every time I see their crappy interface, I feel like I'm having a stroke!
William Shatner: incredibly talented.
LOL at Bascom's pronunciation...."Hoe-koree."
You can see a very young Lexa Doig here in TekWar 1:02:15
so fine. I liked the nude she did..wow
Such Lexa. Very Doig

Where did the birds go?
That's what I'm wondering...
Good Movie
I like the book better. Maybe they should remake this with a slicker cardigan and better modern production
Don't worry you'll be able to get a computer to remix your own personal version in a couple of years.

How come l am only finding out now William Shatner wrote this fabulous series 🤔
Because he didn't. He "created" it and a ghost-writer wrote it.

Best part was Shatner and the Matrix graphics, but the ending with Sonny was really lame.

crazy. man cant see his son, hypergamy at its finest smh
