I am highly surprised: After having seen about 100 movies about "Cambodia construction" and truck driver fails and/or accidents caused by supreme force now I see the first time that guys take a shovel and do some real rescue work by their hands :))))
Great video. It didn't take them long to figure out how to extract that dump truck from the precarious situation it was in/all day! I am sure they have a lot of experience for situations like this, which is the partial reason why they are so fast at completing this job. They prolly have a lot of bosses too!
If the Dozier operated in his job right that truck would have landed flat when they got it up right instead of being on such an angle like it is and in front of the truck he didn't level that out at all
Honestly don't think it would have mattered here, because the truck never got 'stable'. Realistically, it would've just made a bigger mess/ done more damage. Driver is totally at fault there, he drove right over the edge.

They shouldn't be driving if they need a spotter to tell them they're getting too close to the edge. Next they'll have cameras installed in all vehicles like Canada because nobody knows how to use mirrors.
