Nice video. But why is the important parts such as lattice making not clearly shown also why what kind of spices are being used is not mentioned properly? Well those are the important factors.
Both the method for lattice and the clear recipe including ingredients and amounts are displayed clearly in the video. Maybe watch it again

Please have recipes with hand mixers or by hand. Stand mixers isn't commonly owned by home bakers in india.
Almost all recipes that use a stand mixer can be made using a hand mixer... It's not necessary to use a stand mixer
The recipe remains the same. Mixing can be done with hands as well. But best if you could invest into a stand mixer. :)
