Ally is on their game. Kristin is OFF her game. Kristin knows the doctrine of Helio inside and out. She could have told her little brother that Sol and Helio take the WHOLE life into the given soul's final destination. Sure, Bucky is lying NOW but he's set to live a good long life with MANY GOOD ACTS to balance that scale. He's set to be a PALADIN. That HAS to count for something. Also objectively Bucky's parents are such a blend of good and bad that they count as more or less a value-neutral sum.
Kristin all around has become a terrible person. Literally has been to heaven and hell and knows it's real and tells her brother what if there isn't an afterlife
@@amadorelizondo3848 I think Ally definitely started that bit as an atheist pov joke while forgetting that heaven and hell is real in that world 😭. I defo agree Kristen is kinda a little terrible right now but she’s figuring it out. Realistically in the scene Kristen as a character probably more meant to say to Bucky that a single lie isn’t enough of a sin compared to everything else in his life to make him go to hell but it came out wrong LOL.

It's a good reframing though it's healthier to avoid bad behavior because of their effect on you and your loved ones than bc of some nebulous rule
