I one made a team of what were supposed to be recurring characters. The PLAN was for the team leader to keep the pressure on as the circle retreated in an airship. I made 3 mistakes: 1: The Team Leader was a little undertuned. 2: I underestimated how much the guy who knew the system better than me hated Dragonblood Exalts. 3: Underestimating how creative he was in combat. (in DND terms, he turned the guy into an immovable Rod and they just... let the ship move out from under him. ) Every NPC antagonist I've fielded after that have had SOME way to fly.
I still find it hilarious that the three main reactions to Brennan setting up Halariel with Gilear are: Lou, in and out of character, desperately saying "no" Emily getting super hyped for Gilear's luck turning around Murph laughing at Lou's suffering
One of my underrated favorites is when Riz starts telling Fabian to take Dayne's eye. Its like Lou saying "lets make this dark," and Murph going "NOT DARK ENOUGH!"
Ok, I know she's a negligent bordering on abusive mother, but I low key love Halariel. "Mama, I will kill this man" "I'll kill you first, it's not up to you". Also, the plot that spun out from "that bird is the last phoenix, I fuck that bird".
Honestly, if an adventurer DOESN'T have sex with something that should not reasonably be able to have sex with a person, are they really an adventurer?
I always lose it at Ragh saying "Whenever coach says 'Jump!' I say 'Please!'" because the way Brennan delivers it is insane and of course Ally's/Kristen's response is perfect
I love how when gorgug asks aguefort is he his dad and aguefort says he was about to ask him the same thing is both funny and in-character since Aguefort is a chronomancer.
Liking this before I get there and know what you're talking about, because there's _no_ Fantasy High moment that _doesn't_ have the potential to be my favourite.
