Sir, My case falls under void marriage section 11 rule 5(1).
As my alleged wife was already married and I do have pictures of her first marriage and marriage certificate.
On the basis of that I have already registered FIR under sec 420 and chargesheet has already been filled by police.
Do I still need to have decree of nullity before my second marriage.

@@arvindraman2200 thanks for the reply sir. I have pictures and marriage certificate issued by aryasamaj mandir fir the first marriage of my wife. I filled case for the annulment in family court. And court is taking so long to pass the decree. and my advocate says i can't go for second marriage until I will get the decree of nullity.
