Mai husband hun aur muje wife k ghar ja kar rahna hai kyunki wahan mera baccha hai, ghar wife ke naam par hai, usko muj se jawan ladka mil gaya tho muje gar se laat maar kar nikaal diya aur baccha ko b rak liya hai agar baccha de de tho mai kabi uss ghar me nahi jaoonga lekin baccha usko he milega kyunki woh jyada kamati hai aur muje sirf visitation milega jo key muje nahi chaiye muje baccha full time mere saat me rahay aisa chaiye isliye mai majboori may wife k ghar jana chahta hun, kya judge saab allow karne ka chance hai kya?
Mere pass wife k kilaaf 100% evidence hai key woh muje boyfriend milne ke wajah se ghar se nikaal diya.

Civil marriage is done and wife went to her family to convince to be agreed on permission to live together. Thus happened with our mutual thought. I have waited 2 years and after that she had file to court that *marriage has not been done so it has not be published in newspaers* where as we have All documents inclufing our affidavit. Since 2017 this case is ON. So whether RESTITUTION OF CONJUGAL RIGHTS can be Applicable???

I married a year ago,
we stayed for 60 days together,
After that she went abroad for 1 year Job ( agreed before marriage)
Now during the one year i had asked about our future plans, she never tried to plan or share,
Now shes, back, she didn't visited her my home, during the 6 months leave,
So i went to her home and checked,
Here, her parents wants us to continue our marriage like this and forcing her to go and do the job abroad.(where i also tried to do search job and failed due to skillset)
Please advise,

मेरा एक 4 साल का बेटा है । पत्नी sec 9 में सुलह करके आई थी। तब बेटा हुआ था। पहले sec 9 उसके 6 माह बाद 498अ फिर सेक्9 में सुलह फिर बेटा हुआ जब बेटा 2 साल का हुआ तो उसको लेके चली गई। 2 साल से नहीं आ रही।
सर बेटे की कस्टडी कैसे प्राप्त करे। कोई अच्छा सा वीडियो बनाये

Sir in section 9 it has no where said that ...it is mandatory for spouse to reconcile with the other spouse. Then how and why it is said to be compulsory to join the spouse.

I have filled 125 crpc . After receiving the notice my husband has filled section 9 .
What should i do in that case ?
Sir, What happens if conjugal rights is not restituted in favour of the petitioner in a matter of section 9 of HMA? Does it becomes a ground for divorce ? Because practically if it is seen Conjugal rights being NOT restituted is equivalent to the status of Divorce. Pls help by replying.

CIBIL score kharab hone ke darr se sis in law ke parents ne emi pay kiya aur scooty wapas le li. Delivery se pehle lakar mayke me chhod diya aur bacha hone ke 1 mahine ke andar wo log zabardasti lene aa gaye taki job kar sake. But chhota bacha hone ke karan 6 mahine baad jane ki baat ki. Kuch din baad fir wo log lene aa gaye, hume pata tha ki sirf Job karwane ke liye wo use le jana chhate the to humne kuch din aur rukne ko kaha.
Ab husband ne sis in law ke ghar ke aas pas ke logon ko whatsapp aur facebook par galat galat baatien failana shuru kar diya, bade JIJA se avaidh sambandh hone ke jhuth ko failaya jiske screenshots hain hamare paas.
Ab ye petetion kiya hai. Jhhuth likha hai ki saare jewelary lekar mayke chali gayi hai ,jabki husband khud pahunchakar gaya tha delivery se pehle jiske pics hain hamare paas facebook me with date stamp.
