    Thanks for the advice today Jim. I'm going to consider the pocket workouts you suggested but would like a bit more info. I still love the barbell stuff and have a rack in the house but I'm also really enjoying this walrus stuff. So do you mean something like doing my main lift and maybe a complimentary (or maybe not) one day which wouldn't take that long, and then do a walrus workout the next, maybe having a day off now and then. I do have the aches and pains believe me as I told you in the comments of last week's live stream about my arthritic knees both need replaced. Maybe some day. Again thanks pal and I'm already looking forward to the walrus book!!!
