I use a blow torch for popping bubbles. It seems to be way more efficient for that. I use a heat gun and sometimes a blow dryer to move the color around sometimes as well. You can use a blow torch for that also but you get more movement out of the heat gun without scorching the epoxy.
Jeffrey Arsua I dont measure. I just donit by eye. You can try 1 or two ounces by weight of pigment to 32 oz of alcohol as a starting point and dial it in from there.
