Who says the brakes should be slow and soft for scramblers? The brakes are supposed to have strong sudden bites as the bikes need to hold itself on slopes and for climbs on boxy or edgy surfaces. The brakes play an important role in balancing the bike on edges without slipping down.
off-road bikes have softer front brakes to prevent you from losing your front on a dirt track , harsh front brakes on dirt will kill traction on the front wheel. Swapping the brakes kill the purpose.

@@darshans840 Better to lube the chain in 200-250kms intervals. The mud gets thrown directly on to the chain ! Waiting for aftermarket chain covers which might fix this issue... If you dont ride in sand/mud often then the lube will last longer !
Fine here are some real points 1.The suspension: the suspension is mediocre. It's not that good on bumpy roads you get the kickback on the potholes with us very unpleasant and uncomfortable. The Buzz : There is constant buzz in the footpegs the tank the rear end of the riders seat at around 4.5 to 5 thousand rpm and don't even think about the pillion. Honestly the power of the bike mostly lies in the 4k and above but that's a little uncomfortable on the bike 3. The mileage: it's a big powerful engine I know it can't have the mileage and the power at the same time but still look at the x440 not a very good bike but the mileage is around 35 in the city so it's not like that it's not possible 4. The sturdyness : the build quality feels premium no doubt but it does not feel reliable it doesn't feel sturdy , strong and rock solid ( in autocar India's review of scrambler400x at 9:35 he tells us how the bike fell down on a slow speed on the mud and the knuckle gaurd broke the brake lever broke and the handlebar was bent🤔
Going for aftermarket will void the warranty. Sintered pads from triumph will cost almost 3k i guess. Ive never felt that I had less stopping power due to the breaks nor the feel was bad. Only issue I have is the abs kicking in too fast :/
Guys I'm thinking of buying the scrambler 400x but i am confused as during the test drive the bike was vibrating more than normal ig So is the vibration issue there or is it just me? And heating issues hai kya?
Both vibration and heating is normal considering the output it produces. Heating in city traffic is a bit high but its okay if u wear a shoe or boot ! Ive felt heat near my right foot couple of times. It has some vibration post 6-7k rpm which feels okayish to me. All these are personal preferences and i guess you wont care about the heating/vibration once you realise the pros it offers !
Misinformed article. It's not a race track, vehicles meant for gravel roads don't need sharp brakes, you are not expected to ride too fast or take sharp turns or brake hard. Learn the nuances before making videos.

The two reasons what you just mentioned is not a deal breaker. The Scrambler is one of the most all round bike you can have in that budget.

You can switch the brake pads to sintered pads of the speed 400! Or go for aftermarket sintered brake pads!

You don't need to read the tachometer, you only need to know how much more the engine can be revved, that is enough to know what the engine speed is
