I first heard this From Final Fantasy Sonic X6 and discovered it was from Rockman/Megaman x4 coincidentally FFSX6 had Zero and X in it.
This is a powerful love song in its own right. The fact that it also happens to be the opening for Rockman X4 only makes it even more awesome.
