I had the carbon fiber antenna but switched it for an OEM Honda S2000 antenna. You take off the chrome housing around the threaded antenna pole and the s2000 antenna base covers the entire area when it’s screwed all the way down. Has more range than the carbon fiber one. I tried to make a video to test the difference but decided it was not worth the effort t lol.
Look sharp man, I went a slightly different route, I got a 03 CR-V EX, 5 speed, lifted 2" as a little hauler. Too bad there isn't much aftermarket it seems for the 02-04 years, but prior years and 05+ seems to be quite a bit.

I’m fixing this car for my stepdaughter to drive (she’s the only person on the planet that can throw a rod through the block on a Toyota matrix😂). Anyway this is my spare ride, is there anything I’m missing? Does this engine have the potential for serious power or something?
Hounestly its just a great all around daily car this veraion of the engine isnt the greatest for power but im just looking for a little more pep and with small modifications can look great very good cars watch oil consumption depending who use to own it if the uo keep was poor

Love it bro. I have an 05 ex gna start fixing her up. Are the truharts worth it??? I heard of a guy using coil overs for an rsx I think 🤔 had to do bolt clearance but he got them to work. Any suggestions what I should go with if I was to drop it??
@@PAUL4DR tien rsx coils? Did he have to modify them or did they go right in? I been watching all your videos bro. the only other person I really seen any decent 2nd gen stuff is some guy from new Jersey I think but he doesn’t explain the stuff like you and your buddy Mercer do!

Do you need just the antenna or the base as well? And did you need any tools to get the old one off?

Truharts arent that great i have a freind who put tien rsx coils and tgey say it rides great

Yes i swaped the cruise control function and harness over so it would work
