@savvas350 it happens....both songs ARE great, jus BF was 1st....I remember back in the day- NOFX was like, the little brother to RKL, or something like that (we're talkin 87 here) RKL was never regarded w/anything other than great respect....

Joe was never in Dire Straits lol thats the goofiest thing ive ever heard :) he played in RKL till jason died but he has been in other bands, right after they started to cease because of different reasons the few years joe had off he lived up near San Francisco and tested video games for Sony, he did that for a few years , not dire Straits or even a session player, he is in Lagwagon right now, he was in the real mckenzies for awhile, definitely did not play with Dire Strait ! lol

What SDP 677 said. He was in Dire Straits paying bass for about 3-4 years after RKL. Think he did it for there money cuz he had a big rep. But that comment is 100% accurate
Yeah RKL is waaaaaaayyy better than GBH dude. Musically and personally.
@johnstarry - not sure what that comment means, perhaps an attempt to be offensive? the bass player became a session musician, and - yes - did play in a version of dire straits for several years. Sorry to disappoint.

fuuuuuck no!!!rkl is up there with bands i like but gbh is so much more aggressive and raw and dont sound anything alike.
