Looks like it will do the job. My luck, battery would be dead on my drill. I do like how you can tighten it a little once the coupler sleeve is installed. Before crimping.

not the price is the problem, the workingspeed or in this time he wrote the fine "moving parts" are the problem. My first view say, the two little screws who handle with the big tool work maybe 100 times then u need a complete new. the long spindel... sorry 50 times in dust no problwm, 1 work in rain and u must clean or replace it
You go pick up that piece of barbed wire, You tossed on the ground! Go find it, before the cows eat it. Quick, Quick, Quick. Excellent tensioner idea. Thank You. Poverty Hill Farm, Graham Washington.
I think it’s a great idea but not practical requires to many tools to carry around by hand would be ok also f as you could get a truck or suede by side to the fence but like here steep Mountian fixing fence less tools you have to carry the better

Dont listen to all these people so what it has moving parts So douse a golden rod they are just pissed off they did not come up with the idea haters be hatin!! Screw them I say You keep up the good work boys
Make your crimps in different directions, then bend the short ends back over to really hold. And yes, a regular old fence stretcher is a one man job, but if you have money to burn, hire another guy and buy fancy tools. Good for the economy and will support lots of illegal aliens.
Too much involved. Batteries. Power tools. Recharging those batteries. Two men for a one man job. Not realistic for a one man fence rider in remote areas. Neat nonetheless.
That's a lot trouble to wind up with a sub-par repair. I can get better tension than that with just a fencing tool and an attitude...
I remember we once tried those splices. A year later we had to fix the same wires, in the exact same places. They don't work.
Wonderful, you invented a technique that requires two men to do a one man job and take twice the time. You must work for the government!
Extremely impressed thank you

Doesn't look like it will hold up over the years very good
Muchas Herramientas.. Para un trabajo simple
A come a long fence stretcher will do that without all of that extra stuff its a one man operation
What size ferrule?
show..muito bom...🇧🇷🇧🇷🇧🇷
Looks like the way a CITYBOY would do it. Old fashion stretcher works way better. One man job. Geez
Lots of moving parts ! Compared to just using a " Golden Rod " ( found and most farm stores ) A golden rod is simple and quick !

ten years later they are still mending those fences.
Will Stick To The Way I Have Been Doing It The Past 50 Years
Texas fence fixer is the way to go
You bet Texas.
that is super cool
Cool tool! Gonna get me one
Those splicers won't hold unless you leave enough of the ends sticking out on both ends to get 4 or 5 wraps on each end.

Seems excessive,
