I love how all the colors and patterns go together! I don't think the theme was "minimalist" so the number and variety of decor works. I would have loved to see more symmetry in the artworks on the exterior bathroom wall. Also, something I learned from research on wall painting is that you have to start with cutting in edges of anything that a paint roller can't reach. But for someone who is doing it as a hobby, you did a great job!!! If I was your friend, I'd be delighted, too. :)

Amazing job but too crowded with decorations I prefer less is more.
AyaVlogz i agree! dapat less furnitures/fixtures and decors sana for more space para d mukhang cluttered. i suggest scandinavian minimalist for unit this small. just imagine where to put that way too big of a coffee table when the sofa converts into a bed.

Super cluttered. Too many patterns and colors. Not so pleasing with the eye. I wonder if this will really be where the owner will live, or will be rented out as airbnb?

This is how Real Home looks like. Other Pinoy TH-cam Designers are too obsessed with Pinterest Designs that are too Staged/Fake looking. Sometimes boring and sterile even. 👌🏻👌🏻

Im impressed about the outcome,i love the living area,the combination of colors,but because im a minimalist,for me it's too much wall decors to emphasize space.
Nolan Cantos ako din,i don’t like pag maraming wall decora or frames nakasabit.I love the Muji kind or Ikea’s minimalist approach..
I think the wall decors (over-all decors) made the space even smaller, but I think as long as she loves her space, okay na yun. :)

that’s great content but I would love to suggest kung less frames dun sa May entrance coz Maganda na sya sa mirror and 1 frame lots of happenings dun sa area na yun. Pero I really love the back slabs ng kitchen there’s elements of interesting at Malinis tignan Gusto ko rin yung pinili mong pattern medjo eclectic style lots of patterns and different textures. Mas prefer kong less rug :) thanks I really enjoyed watching your video. Keep on posting po stay safe guys :)

Ang galing ng space utilization. I love that area ng sofa! Medyo nasobrahan lang sa decor, parang cluttered na, baka pwedeng bawasan ng 30%. The T&B is superb!

i love the loft bed and the sofa bed/lounge area below it. plus the storage stairs. I also have a 20 sqm unit and almost have the same orientation. im now thinking of having one like that :) nice job :)

i like the makeover, but the entryway could be simpler and more
minimalist. And upon seeing the breakdown, it's expensive 😱 Just the loft alone costs 70k, i wonder how much will it cost if an ordinary carpenter (not mandaue) did that, nevertheless, great job! 🤗
thank you! yes it's a bit costly 😥 but that time, we couldn't find any skilled carpenters in our area so we opted to go MF to have it done and they did an amazing job with the build 😁👍
we had ours done by local carpenter and costs us only 30k can fit king size bed :) :) materials plus labor cost inclusion

You are very funny, and I loved your editing. You are also very talented. The room turned out beautiful! I love the dark green behind the head of the bed, and the tv wall. I don't think there was too much 'stuff' in the room, it all depends on what you like. I love having 'stuff' around. Great job.

For a small space like this.it would be better sana if the coffee table was round sayang kc ung sinakop nyang space.. looks so narrow and so many frame decors. But overall i love the idea. Great works :)

Is it only me who thinks that painting walls should be done before installing furnitures? 🤣 Specially the loft bed (blocking the walls to be painted)~ I think it’s more efficient that way~
