This is actually the nicest episode ever. You were able to highlight the best characteristics of each unit. The layout and the overall design is tops. I imagine how elated the developer and staff must be seeing their creation being appreciated by a well respected content creator.
Whoever came up with this idea is brilliant! This is the first of its kind in you-tube! Im sure the other companies that declined would now have second thoughts about allowing julia to stay for 72 hrs! Great, fun and soooo practical. Its like a first hand choice on the unit/units that they wanna feature! Congratulations Presello for this wonderful idea!
Thank you Julia and team for making this possible! Isa ko sa unit owners (first 80 buyers) and this is very informative since its on preselling stage. Excited for the turnover tbh ❤ my partner and furbabies are looking forward to it ❤ *units are pet friendly btw 😊
This is a really good and fun idea to do. For the Presello team with guests to stay at the houses they tour, if they can. Giving the tour added flavor at the same time give insights on living in these spaces kasi sometimes a place looks good, but aspects such as practicality and livability is brought in context. Hope you can do this again!
If I have the money, I will definitely get this type of condo, instead of the usual Smdc units. This one has so much space even for the most basic unit. Hindi ka deprived sa spasyo.
this is so wild, i have checked out that show room a few months back and it's funny we have the same favorite spot, that master bedroom from the 2 br unit is just so amazing. i love the way they tucked the bathroom going through that walk-in closet and how they neatly and discreetly hid the closet space is just superb. if i had the money i would've invested, i wouldn't mind waiting for 5 years to live in it
i LOVE the emphasis of making the unit your Home and a part of that is how great is the unit in having people come over and hosting them, and i guess yan ang pinakaedge nila with their units (which you guys did a fantastic job of highlighting). Having a few people over sa 1 BR tas ~ 9 people sa 2 BR showing na it wont get cramped is probably one of the biggest pros of their design.
I am four weeks late for this comment, but definitely this is the nicest video of Presello team. It seems that city living is really not that bad if you have a unit that meets all the criteria mentioned in the video. I'm happy that Julia and the team gets to enjoy their work. This is really inspiring. All the best guys!
Love this new series and giving the "try before you buy" treatment for condos. At least we fully know what to expect before even thinking of buying a condo like this (or even a house). At may suggestion akong pangalan ng rating/scoring syatem dito. How about naming it the "JuleScore" (like Jeb Brooks' JebScore for airlines / trains / ships, or Doug DeMuro's DougScore for cars)?
In Korea, it's called Loft Apartment and it's very common for people living alone there. That layout is also common for officetels, especially for some foreign english teacher who stays there. And now that minimalism is a lifestyle, it's good for people who like it to be simple and clean. It's great that we have it in the Philippines. Thank You Julia and Presello team for featuring🤍
I live in a condo rn and I’ve had enough of it cuz there are lot of inconveniences like I can’t wash my car, food deliveries in the lobby only, etc. 😅😅 I am currently in the process of building my dream home running on 3 months now! 😆 I’m so excited! 🏡🪚⚒️ Thank God! 🙏🏼❤️
Galing! Galing! Rather than presenting a units, or selling them naging way ito on how you can make a condo living or alone living ba "Happy!" Very unique episode talaga. I never thought na may magpapatira sa showroom. How many times ako nakaita ng beautiful, pretty elegant showrooms na ang sarap tirahan. talaga. Now, I work in the construction industry. Nice. Mas relate na.
This is actually fun to watch. Parang vlog lang na day in a life na may house tour! You get to experience kung ano tinutour ni Julia. More like this 🙏🏻❤
Great video! Your 72-hour challenge in the space-saver model unit was both entertaining and eye-opening. I can relate to the struggles of living in a small space, and your creativity in making it work is impressive. Keep up the fantastic content!
this is actually a really REALLY great concept! not just to showcase the condo's design, but a real user/living experience na parang trial of what it's like to live in one of their units,. im sure after this condo developers are gonna come rushing in for you to showcase their units, and with that i can we can have more of this!
House tour v2.0 indeed. Looking forward to more videos like this. And may potential to improve this kind of format by simulating the accessibility to its nearby establishments like supermarkets, hospitals, public transpo, etc as well. Sending love!
My clients would always complain about: 1. Waste disposal. Most condo not have chutes. You bring your garbage on a certain place sa condo. 2. Lack of Guest parking 3. Noisy pets for those developers who allow them. 4. Some old condos do not have provision for split type Aircons but only window aircon. 5. Merong sikat na condo developer who always have plumbing and elevator problems. 6. No parcel delivery area. Sa panahon ng Lazada at Shoppee important ito. Iba pa yung grab food at panda area. 7. Super small kitchen. To save on money and love condo living, you need ample counter space for cooking. 8. Storage area. People under estimate the need for storage in a condo.
New Subs here! I never thought you would create a content something like this because I most often see you my on newsfeed showcasing the properties your sell. I'm glad you completed the challenge despite having shortcomings. Kudos to you for the job well done.
As little as ten years ago, I wouldn't consider living in a condo. I stayed in a couple of them for a few weeks (because I had a project out of town and needed a place to stay) and I found them too small for my family of five (wife + 3 kids + me). These days, with my eldest living in another city, my second working during the day, and my youngest studying in yet another city, my wife and I find ourselves being alone during the day. Our three bedroom house now seems too big and living in a condo now looks attractive. Congratulations on a really nice video of condo living. More power. (",)
I've came across these units recently and is very interested in them so this vid came out really timely and so helpful. Love this content Team Presello ❤
sobrang ganda ng unit to think studio lang sya. masyadong pinagisipan hindi lang basta gumawa ng condo. alam mong may care mismo sa mga buyers ng condo. good investment
I watch your show but not faithfully I just scan if the house tour is interesting or if its exhausting you know like the really big houses with so many rooms hard pass on those. I'm more interested in tiny living spaces imagining myself when I retire and the children will just come to visit. A small house with versatile spaces is a good way to go. I like the one bedroom then incorporate the hidden en suite, with the loft that can be turned into a guest room. This is the best episode so far I keep coming back to the design and how everything fits. Bravo!!!
We went to this showroom 2 months ago and was suprised I saw this video in my feed haha. They also have another pre-selling property at Taytay, Rizal with the same concepts as My Enso Lofts. Its Modan Lofts Ortigas Hills and the showroom just opened this month. I must say, the 2BR unit there is much much more spacious than Enso's 2BR. (PS. Yes, we bought a unit there)
I like this, actually a great idea. Because before you buy a property, you do research first and you visit the showroom but you really kinda wish you can test out the place muna hehe. Well with this kind of video, you get an idea of what it's like to stay there.
I thought about it right away, cuz i know for a fact that showrooms are usually in an office or in a mall 😅 but regardless of the issue , you did a great job showcasing the model unit and I really enjoyed watching you guys having fun ! Thanks for your hardwork !!
woah, i hope you get to be invited into more pre-selling condos with showrooms to stay in! this is a great content, we can never go wrong with Julia and only she can pull off a challenge like this ❤️✨
some condo model units has range hood in display designed for ducting but in reality only re-circulation is applicable and there are some condo's that has common ducting for range hood but these could be hiding places for roaches that could quickly infest the whole building and it will become a never ending infestation battle. however there are also some condo that has individual ducting for range hood
This is definitely a cool experience, thanks for doing this content, I'm always curious about My Enso Lofts, always wanted a loft style place, maganda pa location at the heart of QC near ABS-CBN and GMA. Malapit ka lang din sa restaurants and bars of Timog Ave and Tomas Morato Ave and konting lakad to GMA-Kamuning MRT3 station.
Ms. Julia, what can you say about the loft in the studio unit? Is it too mababa or sakto lang? Kasi obviously you can’t stand straight pag nasa loft but is it ok based on your experience?
It’s like NY. If you are single this is absolutely perfect for you. BTW, enjoy watching your videos and wanting to buy a property in the future in Philippines!
The Metro Manila Condo market is in need of correction. Tiny tiny condos going for P6M is crazy. No wonder they are mostly empty. Hopefully the bubble will burst.
This is actually the nicest episode ever. You were able to highlight the best characteristics of each unit. The layout and the overall design is tops. I imagine how elated the developer and staff must be seeing their creation being appreciated by a well respected content creator.

10/10. Everyone forgot about the plumbing! Great job lady!
I don't know if its okay but I would love to see more of this kind of video! Interactive yet still informative.

Unorthodox yet informative! Loving the layout esp. with the 2BR unit.
Glad you enjoyed it!

Diba? Ang cute Nung hidden master bathroom and walk in closet. So cool. Same, if I had the money I'd buy one na rin!
So cool!
I’ve been eyeing My Enso Lofts for a while now and I’m so glad you dud this! Really gives an insight on the unit itself💜
Brilliant marketing strategy! Awesome video to watch! Felt like part of the team experience.
Appreciate it!

Very brilliant content. Dapat may mga paganito ang mga developers ng condo. Props to you and your team
this is one Presello episode I really enjoyed watching. kudos to whoever thought of this!
My Ensoooo ❤ I visited their model units last year. Sobrang ganda ng concept nilaa for me huhuhu.
This was a creative idea and I'm here for more. That 2br unit looks nice, actually. Thanks for coming up with this kind of content.
Great content, and it is so refreshing to see your friends and team in one frame. Go forth! 💪✨
Thank you!! 😊
I love this episode!!! Sobrang cool ng Julia and Friends.

Julia is MADE for this Presello format/content.
Loved your very first video and now this brilliant idea! Love the words at the end. Really what matters. :)

Brilliant idea wow!

Ang expensive ng mga friends 😅😅😅 Anyway, this is a brilliant idea though! 😍😍
Yung si sam, para siyang si Billie Eilish. ❤❤❤ so cuteee.
its nice to have Billie Eilish around, though. LOL
Congrats!
we need more of these episodes!
That looks so cute ❤
More videos like this please? Try some developers here in Cebu? Thanks
not a an of the loft in the 2 bedroom unit. the space will basically be a storage unless there would be 3 of you staying in the unit.
Ganda ng units! Personally, I prefer the 2br unit, perfect for a family of 5, and can host a few friends and family members.
there really isnt a door for the bathroom?? or they havent installed it yet?
Hi Julia! It reminded me of those TINY HOUSES that I have seen on YT!! Galing!!
Ang ganda ng units nila, if I have the money I'd defo gonna buy the 1 bedroom.
Hi Julia 🌹🌹🌹 another awesome video👏👏👏
Glad you liked it!!
@@Presello 👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽
Ms. Julia, what can you say about the loft in the studio unit? Is it too mababa or sakto lang? Kasi obviously you can’t stand straight pag nasa loft but is it ok based on your experience?
What an amazing concept!!! Loving this! :)
Yay, thank you!
Ganda ng Condo Unit
Hey Presello Team and Julia! Bakit hindi nyu gawin yan sa mga bahay na nafe-feature nyu? I think mas cool yun! 🤩😍
That project is located in QC. just 5 mins walk from GMA. ❤❤❤
This is really nice 😭💕
It’s like NY. If you are single this is absolutely perfect for you.
BTW, enjoy watching your videos and wanting to buy a property in the future in Philippines!
You should make more videos with your friend sam i think ❤️ its more fun I guess hahaha
bakit naiyak ako sa bandang huli na.
THE FIRST FRIEND WHO ARRIVED FIRST IS SO FINE😭💚
BILLIE EILISH VIBES😭😭❤️❤️❤️
presello is creating the next "trend-ing" ..
Reminds me of South Korea! They have this kind of apartments there.😊
The Metro Manila Condo market is in need of correction. Tiny tiny condos going for P6M is crazy. No wonder they are mostly empty. Hopefully the bubble will burst.
"Cool cool cool cool" Julia is a B99 FAN!!! 🎉❤
Abed of Community.
