This is a ridiculous statement as any NFL QB will attest: there will be some degree of pain: elbow, shoulder, wrist and so forth over the course of a game - a season - a career due to throwing a football. The question is how much pain and is the pain on a track leading to injury.
Pain is more associated with injury. Soreness is associated with overuse. So yes QBs feeling soreness is normal. But injuries should be biomechanically examined 100% of the time if they come from throwing only.
I don’t wanna sound like im demanding anything of you, but if you have any free time I just posted myself throwing and I’m looking to improve my mechanics so I would appreciate if you could comment some flaws I have. If not no worries, I appreciate you and the only reason I have my current mechanics is because of you💪🏽
When you’re stepping to the target, your overstriding. Think “step down at the target” rather than “step to”. Also you need to trust that you can make any throw on the field. The ball got behind your head though, which can impact the simple arm slot that you would always want to get to. Keep the weight back and when u overstride, you transfer too early, but that power isnt going anywhere bc of your wide base,
Can it be possible that I'm too weak in the arm, which makes my arms in pain? Or is it more my load is too far
Load or improper weight shift of lower body

Aren’t you suppose to keep your non-throwing arm tight to your body?
During the release yes but not the entire throw

Your video is private so I cannot comment. Need to improve your load though, ball is getting behind your head too much.
