Well, where in the he'll is the factory located? Are Bell helmets still USA made? If they aren't, I'll have to switch to Shoei which is at least Japanese -_-

I love how they brag about state-of-the-art facilities and production. Homeboy is using a Makita jigsaw to trim the shell. His buddy is sanding the shell with a vacuum sander and no dust collection bag🤣🤣GMAFB
These are the ulta-high end carbon fiber F1 helmets made in Bahrain, not the helmet for the helmet for the everyday racer, they gave that market up years ago.

In your film there wasn’t even a mention about quality control? And the part where the impact test is done I could see that at the split second the machine pulled it’s punch or drop. So the helmet did not receive that full blow.

This is the high-end F1 helmets, how about the story on helmets made for the average joe racer.
And yet to paint these helmets is a horror because helmets shouldn't be painted?
