There is also one at the Lake of Rot. Grand Cloister grace site. All the way down, follow the blood river backward, if you get near the rotten waterfall, a giant monster will appear, kill him to get the seed.

All received after defeating Uncerated Tree Spirit type bosses.

Northwest of 'Foot of the Forge' grace (Raised area on map)

My friend said there might be more seeds by the trees in the golden area because it’s next to the big tree and that makes sense to me I like that lore
There is 2 per tree in lyndell
To everyone saying he missed seeds, yes. You only need 30 to go from 4 to 14 flasks. I have found 38 seeds, so there are far more than necessary. Thus, the best starter gift is the 2 keys so you can unlock the starter area wall for talismans and another seed, as well as both walls in the roundtable for the crossbow and miracle/incantation book.

I just found another golden seed in the blood pool area (the rune farming area). It's up on a top of a big flat rock.

Other seeds the guru missed are on the mountain by the fire giant boss fight (nearest bond fire is Foot of the Forge Grace) just go explore up the hill left of the boss arena
And then I found two more golden trees with one seed each in Crumbling Farum Azula

I'll be doing multiple playthroughs with multiple characters but if you want the easiest one choose Astrologer and go full sorcerer.

You missed a seed and it’s probably the hardest one to get because you fight a putrid tree spirit by the grwnd cloister grace inside the rot area
