    I been looking for a video like this to help with elbow pain coming out of front squat and mobility for cleans, snatch and full grip front squats. So yea thanks, great video

    And I have to add my right elbow also. It hurts like hell. Maybe I'm benching and lifting and curling improperly or maybe I'm going too heavy. I never get that personalized type stretching that you are doing for him. I just stretch as much as I can on my own and then get started lifting weights.

    Please cover bench in-depth... My shoulder like me. And that small area between my chest and my shoulder or armpit. That little corner is where I have a lot of pain on both sides including my right shoulder too so when it is time to go bench I dread it.

    That really make sence. I seldome train biceps with a barebell nowadays. I used to many years ago and it was a peace of cake. But just a couple of weeks ago I did bicepscurl with a bar. And I felt an enormous stretch at the top in my wrists. I never felt like that back in the days when I was doing barbell curls. Therefore I must have become really stiff in my wrists. And my elbows hurt from time to time as well. So from now one I'm gonna start doing those barbell curls again. Thank you very much for this!!!
