11:26 Railroad Crossing E-Bell Fail! The WCH 1.5 electronic bell on the north gated signal of the Greenwood Avenue railroad crossing is now dying, with the bell ringing at a "lazy" slow speed. Also, notice that the nearby Montebello Boulevard railroad crossing (seen east of the Greenwood Avenue railroad crossing) is now gone since last July, as a result of the Montebello Boulevard grade separation project. The former Montebello Boulevard railroad crossing is in the process of being converted into two underpass bridges, one for the railroad tracks and the other one for the nearby Olympic Boulevard intersection.
Dang, never knew this about the north gated crossing in Greenwood Ave. And I did notice that on Google maps, it said it would be closed until 2025-2028 idk but pretty disappointed that the crossing from the east is prob now becoming a bridge. That was my fav spot to railfan...
@@americanlevelcrossingALC Yes. According to ACE (Alameda Corridor East) Construction Authority, the Montebello Boulevard grade separation project will take up to 42 months, completing this project by 2028.
