Loved the meteorite, the satellite chain, the Wichita fireworks, and the Arvada elk--and I've never seen a train make an emergency stop as fast as that guy did in Austell. 9:24 Engine 192 the middle unit running backwards had just being picked up in Flowery Branch,Ga from damage from a grade crossing accident a few days before on #20. The car did a job on the pilot and didn’t look like it could run forward in a consist safely without damaging a road crossing.
Hopefully all the sound effects are gone for good. They were jarringly loud compared to the rest of the video, annying, and added no value. I quit watching grab bags for a long time until i found out the effects were gone.
Another great grab bag! Liked the e braking clips ,and fantastic fireworks and light show at Wichita. Thanks as always VRF for entertainment you just can't see anyplace else. Cheers!
I doubt the CSX train went into an emergency brake application.. especially if it was from the PTC. It looked like a penalty brake which uses full service air braking. had it been an emergency you'd hear the control valves dumping all air at once
Since the Grab Bags came back, we noticed the moving footage looks like double vision. We haven't changed our settings but is there something we should do so the trains aren't blurry? Thank you.
