I like how two-sided the motifs can be in this game ost. Like Max's, it can be antagonistic and also pitiable, as well for the other patients. Scary as a monster, but sad and somewhat personal as you look into other aspects of them, such as home life or realize how human they are. My favorite one is definitely Max's for how contrasting it is from sad to mad, second to Lucas being alien to more chilled out. It's also weird how the ost didn't really include Luca's tape theme (it's Rosemary's motif and not his, perhaps named incorrectly?), Allen's chapter intro, and the Shade's normal encounter theme, besides any other scenarios with him.
