@@ChaiMaskaPav I would say Panvel, Vashi, Kharghar would be good option to look for. I live in Panvel. There are many projects going on in Panvel and big builders like Hiranandani, Marathon, Godrej etc. have their projects in and around Panvel. Harbor line originates in Panvel so from there you can go to Mumbai via train. If you want to travel via road then road connectivity from Panvel is best to multiple points, you can use Atal Setu or Vashi Bridge to travel to Mumbai. Mumbai-Pune expressway, Mumbai-Goa expressway also have entry-exit points in Panvel. Also Panvel house rates are increasing day by day due to Airport.

Mumbai New airport should have be at least 4 Kms long and enough aprons and gates to accommodate Jumbo planes such as the A380's. this will help reduce congestion and also increase passenger capacity.
