yeah I missed that surfing competition we arrived there February 6 and the competition it feb5 .we stayed there in 2 weeks and we loved the place so we bought a property near to beach in alimanguan..next yr we going to move there♥️
Hi ,I’m married to Filipina from Manila pasig city we are living now 5 years in California and I will be selling my house in one or two years max . We want to buy 1000sq meter lot maybe with small house in Long Beach San Vicente we want a beach front lot . We are curious how much did it cost you from the property you recently bought ? I told my wife expect to pay 140.00 to 160.O0 us dollars per sq meter for premium beach front lot is that about the price there in Long Beach ?
