Although my cold process soap making tutorials are of a tutorial nature, they are intended for people who have a good understanding of making cold process soap. The information given is based on what works for me, however, there are lots of variables associated with cold process soap making and I therefore, take no responsibility for the results achieved when using the techniques or methods explained in these tutorials. Cold process soap involves the necessary use of sodium Hydroxide (lye) which is a very dangerous substance. Before attempting and cold process soap making you should ensure you are fully aware of the lye safety procedures and always wear the correct safety equipment when making soap.

Have I ever told you that I think you're a magical genius? If not, YOU'RE A MAGICAL GENIUS. If I did, you deserve to hear it twice. 😌 I never thought about pouring multiple colors in one loaf and then cutting them to size. I've only ever seen people do one color per mold and thought that was the only way to do it. Then adding fresh soap to stiff frosting to loosen it up? Genius! You're so inspirational. 😁

I suggest you take a stroll down her Playlist, Lisa has many technically difficult to execute soaps. I admire her ability to reduce her vision into 2d and make whatever she needs for that soap and then take that 2d image and execute in 3d. I have long pegged her as a graphic designer or something in that line, however she has kept mum. There are a few ladies who are as good, i wont plug their channels here, but I do watch them and they all make extraordinarily good soaps. Again, I think the ability to practically execute what is imagined is key.
@@CL-we8tn I believe that I've heard her mention that she trains new accountants in one of her other videos. The skill to translate 2d to 3d is one that I'm still practicing and still struggle with. I greatly admire her capabilities.
@@CL-we8tn Thanks so much CL - ooh no secret about my 'proper job' before I did I Dream In Soap full time was a Chartered Accountant - I actually trained students for their professional accountancy exams for nearly 30 years 🙂
