Because we had a long layover at the airport after a flight on emirates from Amsterdam we thought why won't we plane spot a bit on this special airport before our next flight to Bahrain. And special it was. Only in a few hours we had a lot of content from some very special airlines you won't see anywhere else in the world. So we hope you guys like it. A340-600.......what an elegant bird! Also the Qeshm Air A320- memories from back in the day (late 1990s) going for a visa run flight to Qeshm. Aircraft then was a Soviet era TU-154. Also miss those days of DXB when one could spot assorted types like IL-76, AN-124, L-1011, B-727, F-50, A-300. Even saw the AN-225 when it visited DXB.

Did the police approach you whilw you were spotting at the airport? Do you have any tips and locations where i can spot there because im gonna have a 4h layover there?
No we didn't see any police! We were at T1 where all the International airlines depart from. When we went to security into the terminal just go straight into the Restaurant in front of you. You can sit by the window. Don't even need to buy anything i believe. And yeah there you have all the Aircrafts taxing in front of you. No security came towards of so i believe its fine!

i saw an iran airtours A300, the 10000th a320 and a UPS 747 in one day
