  • Outback Travel Australia tested the Mitsubishi Pajero Sport on and off road. This Challenger replacement has much better performance and economy than its predecessor, but there are suspension issues. Full report at www.outbacktravelaustralia.com.au

Thanks for the review. I was considering the Pajero Sport over the Fortuner. But after watching this, the suspension compliance you mentioned will also annoy me. So I might have to take a closer look at the Fortuner once more - Not sure if I can live with the looks of it though.

What are your thoughts on the Isuzu MU-X?

The Isuzu three-litre engine is used in the Australian market and it's a proved engine.

    Pajero Sport or Everest Please?
I watched both of your videos, looks like they both can do the job, but the price difference is near $10k?
Thanks in advance for your opinion.

Everest has more towing runt, but for solo vehicle on-road driving it's hard to separate them. The Everest's diff lock is handy in demanding off-road conditions.

+outbacktravelaust Hello there! I'd just like to know if you don't mind sparing the time to explain - what makes the Pajero better off road than the PS? Just gathering information from everywhere I can get :) I appreciate your video too, thank you very much!

+Marneus Calgar (Djahriman) The Pjaero has all-independent suspension, so it rides better on rough tracks. In extreme conditions the 'old fashioned' 3.2-litre engine has better low speed torque than the new, highly turbocharged smaller engine in the PS.
