I have a similar Hakrc 2-4S 20 amp but it’s F411. After a motor burnout, I just finished converting a 3 inch toothpick from 2S with 12025’s to 4S with 1404’s. The previous light setup flew amazing on 2S 450’s but with the 1404’s and a 4S R-Line 850, coming in at 180 grams, it was way heavier but felt lighter and more nimble. I flew somewhat gingerly around my acre over the snow, but also had a blast and was left with a huge grin. It moves. I’m going to try pairing and running 2 of the same 2S in series. Seems like the ideal way to battery for multiple setups as long as the cells stay balanced and discharge at the same rate.
I got this board in my Cinelog 20. The drone didn’t last but that board has been in 6 different drone and is currently in a volador 3.5, my daily ripper! Awesome board!!
I always buy the jhemcu f405 aio for my builds. Not many talk about them, but I have had great experience with them. Very good price. I know avionrc uses these jhemcu aio on their ikon 35 and so on. Nick burns loves that brand. This with no baro turns me off. Thanks for the review
I reviewed that SpeedyBee as well. Do you need a Barometer? Do you plan to run more than 4S? How important is super light weight for your build? th-cam.com/video/y-BmItQCYbs/w-d-xo.html
can i have the specs of this exact build ? i wanted to do one with the aos rather than the siren f35 , also do you think this aio or its 45a versions will be compatible with the o4 ?
I have the build video below. I don't know of any info on the O4 connector at this point but it will regardless require the same wires so worst case you'll need to wire it up vs using a connector. Not a big deal. th-cam.com/video/Uwasr2duZ9g/w-d-xo.html
Yes, I have this in my FMS 1300mm PA-18 Super Cub to provide OSD and arming signal to the O3. I bet it would work very well in my quads as well. th-cam.com/video/UAOmMGDnTvw/w-d-xo.html
It's not. Bought one, fried itself just as you described. Had it replaced under warranty only for the gyro of the second one to die on the first flight making me loose a battery and the plastic antenna assembly (which were obviously not covered under warranty). At that point I just got the SpeedyBee F4 AIO which is the same price, more recent and with a lot more features and better build quality. You may argue that it was just 2 units but c'mon... 2 in a row? To the same person? Sounds like too much of a coincidence One thing I'd like to add - I was using this on a Geprc Cinebot25 frame, which this AIO should just... work with. To my surprise, the stack screws that came with it were too long so I had to saw them. The speedybee AIO, however, came with a set of the usual length screws but also some smaller ones that fit this frame perfectly, along with a lot of other extra hardware. Ironic, to say the least
@@Mangorille Xing 1404 on 4S... first test flight was good, switched the pack and the AIO was instantly fried... I unsoldered everything, But when I Plug it in to usb the processor geht's Instant extreme hot

Thanks! Seems like a decent board and they make a 45A version as well if you're okay with a few extra grams.
If you want weight reduction, just go for the SuperF405HD as it has a UART ELRS built in
Yes I have that one as well and working on a video.

I got one, it works. Also got the Jhemcu mentioned above in my 4s toothpick.😅
SpeedyBee 40A AIO is about the same price. What would you recommend?

bought one, died on the second pack.. maybe the 5v regulator is dead.. but it seems to be a nice aio

@@ViewFromAbove_ ok, so it seems it wasnt only my fault :D
Luck of the draw I suppose... What motors and battery were you running?

@@tomelpunktfpv Sounds like an internal short somewhere on the board then. I've only had that happen after a crash in water / snow.
