Thanks for uploading the matches from this event! I live in Hong Kong and unfortunately had to miss out on this event. Though Marco didn't win, we're still very proud of him for beating 2 great players and making a 147! I hope I get to witness it live the next time they hold this event.
It's obvious that they really respect each other, and the crowd's reactions just heightened the whole game. What a fabulous match, and a great showing from Fu, especially considering how little he's playing these days.

Oh my goodness! The energy in that crowd must have been phenomenal! Living in the US, I don't have much of a chance to see snooker live, but I would love to some day.
Same here, the game is all but dead here in Canada unfortunately. This is a shame as the game was rocking here in the 90’s.
@@michaeln9931 Right! The atmosphere was so great, we were cheering enthusiastically! And when a player was about to cue, people were so considerate that we were all shushing one another so the player could focus on the shot. Had a really really good time watching, I think the players had a great time playing in front of the crowd as well! I hope you get to experience something so magical someday

Just love when the players (Ronnie) have a different vision than the commentators. To win that last frame on the blue alone was nuts. Would have loved to hear Hendry’s thoughts on the break live.
The last frame, with black and pink out of play for most part, Ronnie with clinical perfection cleared the table. He makes one of the toughest games look so easy to those who are not knowledgeable and those who have played the game will know what level of dedication , iron decipline, self belief and ultimate control on nerves required for acheiving his unmatched artistry. He is all time great and will always be.
