I used the Loctite 480 because it's slow setting and very low viscosity. Hopefully they stay stuck because I didn't sand my rims either.

I did mine up last weekend. Didn't get the front tire and loctite 426 until Wednesday and Thursday. Glued them up Friday Am at work. Will be installing the Treal Titanium Front Disc and Sproket on them. Put stock LOSI MX tires on it.
For on roads, I'll be getting a set of the Treal rims and put some GRP onroad tires on them.
Think I'll be putting the Vitavons on the Stock Pro Circuit I have thats NIB with no other mods on it to get a good comparison for them. Will probably install the Treal Brake Caliper I have for it as well. Otherwise it'll be stock.
I used a dremel and a small wire wheel to clear off the anodizing in the glue tracks as the anodizing while it grows into the surface, it is a patina. I only did that for the tire glue track, not for the foam area.

Great video, however, I need your help. Never glued tires before and I purchase a set of the aluminum rims and street tires from Vitavon and was surprised they came with no instructions on mounting them. Your video is excellent, but as you mentioned there are others out there using different glues and such. I purchase “Loctite 48040 Black 480” and “Pro-Line Tire Glue - PRO603100” and still am not sure what to use. One video shows them sanding the contact areas for better adhesion, not sure if I want to do that. Your vid makes sense. Simple, clean it up, glue them on.
Any advise would be greatly appreciated!
I haven't gotten to road test my Vitavon tires and wheels yet but they seem to be glued well and holding. I think they will be good, as I glued them. Street tires don't take the same abuse as off-road tires. I can add some glue if they need in the future.
The custom off-road tires I built for the Vitavon mag wheels in a prior video are still holding on good. I glued them on the same way as i did the street tires.

What is the FIX for the wheel chain side RUB when turning left? Are you guys running it WITHOUT THE chain guard or smaller sprocket? thanks in advance, i just the PROLINE and when i make a left turn the chain guard rubs, chain already popped out twice.
Vitavon just released new smaller rear sprockets that will fix that issue. Recommend 34.tooth..

Are the rims smaller than stock. ?
I didn't measure them.. but I believe Vitavon designed them from stock wheel sizes..
No. they are the same size as the stock MX wheels. Vitavon has Street wheel that fit the dirt rims, as opposed to the smaller Pro-Line Super Moto rims.
What diameter are those wheels?
Same as stock promoto wheels.
