But who is Paul Breach? Well, he's from the UK and a notoriously creepy TikTok creator posting cringe under the username @Beautybeyondthe_eye and snapshoteye.
The TikTok personality is renowned for posting cringe-worthy dance challenges and general nonsense that he shares with his healthy following of 340,000. Paul Breach's audience is of a younger generation and some say his TikTok videos are creepy cringe and inappropriate as he's in his 40s.

I don’t actually think it’s legal in England for a 27 year old to sleep with a 17 year old. The age of consent is 16 but this only applies to other 16/17 year olds. Or atleast that’s what I think is the case as an English person

If it was that a 16 year old could only sleep with a 16 or 17 year old then there would technically be 2 ages of consent and that is never the case. If Paul slept with a 16 year old it would be incredibly creepy, but the law couldn’t touch him.

In the short time I was on TikTok, I noticed that it loved to try and throw live streams of extremely young girls to me and a shitload of other older guys. It was creepy as fuck especially when you see some of the comments these dudes were leaving. Deleted the app shortly after that

Over here (as someone from good ol' sunny Scotland) it is legal but still pretty frowned upon. The whole "half your age plus 7" idea kinda applies but isn't really an "active" thing.
So say an 18/19 year old was dating a 16 year old then people wouldn't really question it but a 20 year old with a 16 year old would raise eyebrows and it just gets even worse from there the larger the age gap. So him at 28/29 with a 16 year old is definitely paedo territory. Like that's where there'd be legitimate chances of people kicking his bollocks into his throat.
