He takes about 8 pictures per scene (3-4 from the camera, 4-5 from the microscope, 40x lens, 100x lens, 250x lens, 400x lens, 1000x lens) the trick is zooming into the pictures by using softwares, the next picture he would put it in the center and use "blended option" with the previous picture so they look consistent.

Just saw all your videos. I strongly suggest you take the videos down to 30fps, doubling the length of the zoom-in/video. It feels much better to have a slower zoom in, let us take in all the details, and enjoy the zooming journey! Just replay the videos you made with 0.5x speed and see what you think.
