I could give a whole explanation on why this album is great and everyone needs to hear it, but to be honest I just think it'll be really funny
You should listen to I Didn’t Mean to Haunt You by Quadeca, it’s like an amalgamation of all the things you have already listened to together.

Not everybody instantly likes indie music. The more you listen to the genre, the more you realize how amazing it is.

show him deathconsciousness by have a nice life, i think since the heavy lofi production choices on this album didn't seem to bother him that much i'm sure deathconsciousness would be a great next step (or possibly further on)

i have been showing my dad, who made music back in the day, a bunch of albums he missed in the last few decades and i was talking about how i wanted to listen to this album for the first time and then my dad just looked up the album and we listen to the first few songs. On the second track me and my dad just both started tearing up for no reason. Love this album so much

Great video, you and your dad have such great chemistry! Helplessness Blues by Fleet Foxes could be cool, though it's sorta different from what you normally show. It's definitely a bit less...I dunno, polarizing/experimental I guess? I think an Arcade Fire album could also work out, not sure what album though since I've only heard Funeral.
I haven't listened Mount Eerie yet, even though The Glow Pt. 2 is my most listened to and one of my favorite albums. Definitely looking forward to it/Phil's work as Mount Eerie, whenever I get to it.

I really want to, I'm just really bad at progressing through discographies for some reason. It's been a couple months since I've heard The Glow Pt. 2 though, so I feel ready to go on (once I end my BCNR phase lol).
Nice album and video! You two should listen to Come In by weatherday next, it takes a lot of inspiration from this one.

The complete loss of concentration after after the first 5 songs is my honest reaction to this album. It startes great and has one of the best songs oat at the end and that's about it

Yo! I'm just a fan chiming in with some constructive criticism cause I've been enjoying all of your videos but only been lurking so far. I like your editing choices, but feel that you cut too much of the reaction away. There are always parts that I want your dad to react to that I feel are cut from the video. I understand that you might cut these things because your dad might not have an interesting reaction to the same parts that I find "reaction-worthy" but even then, I feel that your videos could be twice the length and still be interesting. I still skip parts to watch a reaction to specific parts of songs that I enjoy, and sometimes you just cut those parts from your videos.
