Beautiful view out there! Great sky especially. I can only imagine how great the night sky must look. It's also more wooded than I would've imagined that part of the country to be. I was envisioning terrain along the lines of the Tremors movie. Lol. There I go making assumptions. You are so right about it taking hours to upload a short video. People don't realize how time consuming it is for us off-gridders to post even the shortest of videos.
Indeed Steve, the nights are pitch black. At times it's like you can reach up and touch the stars. I know that many people think Arizona is mostly flat desert but you'd be amazed at the varied climate and terrain. LOL at times it can be 3 hours to upload a 7 minute video..and that's if it even gets uploaded. We pay $1.00 per GB and can easily loose 5 bucks in a failed upload.
Beautiful, peaceful place. Thank you, as always for sharing! My Lebanese Mother planted a beautiful cedar (Lebanon of course being known for its cedar’s) in her back yard from a sapling, it has grown into a beautiful large tree and is a wonder to behold.
Awesome place you have there, the gazebo is beautiful, love the juniper, looks so cool. Thanks for uploading the video for us! Your stress free tone always brings me to the present moment. I envy your lifestyle brother, you’re an inspiration. I hope to live similarly very, very soon, just scared to quit my job, I hate that I need money just to be alive.
Hi Glenn, we have water dishes in the tree outside the front door and they're kept filled. We stopped using that gazebo bird bath due to more frequent visits from feral cats. Thanks for watching and commenting.
The sound quality is great on this one! Your property is beautiful and gazebo, I like how you built it. Isn't it great to see the trees growing? My dad planted 3 spruce here and 30 years later, they're sky high! So glad I found your videos.
Hey there dmac, The tree are a wonderful asset to the place, not only visually but also as a bit of a wind break. Boom Boom comes and goes, quieter and for shorter periods of time. I enjoy seeing how these things play out which turns them into an interest rather than an annoyance.
Thank you my friends you help keep this up and going. It's appreciated a great deal. Just 2 Hep Cats indeed, what a handle, brings back memories of my beatnik days.
Hey, very nice to be here. I definitely get the 3 hour load time for a 5 minute video 😂. I followed you back and subbed. Think I'm gonna like this channel. Watched 2 of your latest.
I would like some juniper. We have all invasive cactus here; we are not desert terrain. Cholla, Nopal/prickly pear and Cat's Claw (related to mesquite). It will take years to get rid of what I need to. The prickly pear are soft with shallow roots. The rest are a horrible chore. I can see that you chose your spot carefully.
Hey there RBOG, I was fortunate. My criteria was slightly sloping land for water run-off, Trees, accessibility and now we have a commercial well less than a half mile away.
@@wildernesshermit There is no lot I've seen here with such heavy, completely awful vegetation. I left the deer sleeping areas alone by hand-clearing (it was expensive to do it that way but I think worth it). I found deer sleeping there at daybreak and the areas were marked by fully-shaded ground, soft dirt and no rocks.. They must kick the rocks away over time to make it cozy. 😊
Beautiful property you have there. I was wondering, do you do anything for fire control? That dry grass looks like it would only need a small spark or lit ember from a cigarette butt to go up in flames.
I have been looking forward to this video. Thank you for your good work! I know it takes effort to produce these videos.❤
I'm glad I could oblige, Michael. I've wanted to do it for a while. Many thanks.
Lovely to see...your trees are like family 🙂.
Thanks for the tour 🙏
Hi S, That is a great thought. The trees are family, many thanks.
Very beautiful property you have. Even better with not many people around!
Hey there Jim, the lack of people defiantly enhances the openness of the place.

Oh the night must be amazing!!

The night sky is indeed a wonderment Jim.

Thanks for the tour Mike. Beautiful piece of property. We had cedars everywhere in Texas Hill Country where I grew up.
Hi Geezer, I've been told there are a lot of similarities between here and your Texas Hill Country. What a great place to have grown up in.
I sure like you place!
Thanks Richard, we're blessed.

Hi Jim, many thanks and, hey, your time will come my friend.
Thanks for the video please put some water in your bird 🐦 dish would be nice to share your water as I know it valuable out there.😊

Nicely done…..nothing like being on your own property ❤🌵
It certainly looks peaceful, I’d love that.
Very nice! I’ve considered buying land in Arizona. Lots of affordable land out that way. Looks like you’ve got a nice piece.
Hey there FG, Affordable so far. And hey, you have a great place too, love the A Frame cabins.
@@wildernesshermit thank you so much
Looks beautiful out there, I'd love to escape out to an area like that for a while.
Nice place!

HI PB, Thank you. Yes, to grow up with your trees is a joy. 3 spruce-30 years and sky high. Fantastic.
@@wildernesshermit when you think about a tree that started growing the day we were born, just wow.
Nice relaxing place.
Hi Joni, yes it is, we've been blessed.
So glad to see yor empty open. Spring is starting in n.y
I love the toys of God.
It's starting here as well, but we might be in for a little snow.
Looks nice. My little 45x100 spot in an inner ring suburb with an 80-year-old 800 square foot home is my little slice of heaven.
That sounds great, heaven is where we acknowledge it to be. Thanks Fannie.
Man I just love that
Hi Patsy, many thanks.
Looks really really peaceful ❤❤❤
It is Buffie, amazingly peaceful.
Lovely don’t you just love trees.Did the boom boom go away,I hope so

Good point Dale, it is a concern. We store 3,000 gallons of water and actually do cut the grass. Thanks for commenting Dale.
