Raptor Bed Liner on Yakima Roof Storage Box

Someone gave my wife and I a used Yakima Space Booster and it’s been great for family trips. These containers are very expensive so my wife thought it would be a good idea to spray it with bed liner. We gave it a shot with Raptor Spray Liner-black. So far we are happy. The container doesn’t look like a sun beaten eyesore on the roof of our AWD Toyota 🚐.

I prefer Dupli-Color brand bed liner. Just because I've used it for years and always with great results.

Hey man love the video very helpful. I’m trying to do the same thing I have the same exact box. Wanted to ask what’s the purpose of the acetone? Is it necessary or can I get away with just sanding and spraying the bed coating?

You use it as a chemical cleaner to ensure the box doesn't have any chemical that won't allow the paint to bond
