I chew my cuticles very badly to the point where they bleed and I try to get manicures once in a while because it’s the only thing that stops me from chewing, so there’s nothing like a new fresh manicure or a new fresh haircut to try and cope with OCD and anxiety behaviors! 😊😊🦋🦋🦋
