I thought the Zoia was kind of the only thing like this out there but in the last few days I’ve come across this and a few other sort of desktop ‘multi effect on steroids’ kind of things. What a crazy time to be a musician!
Am I correct in assuming that you can run several instruments into this at once, with unique signal paths and then combine them to a mixed stereo output? (Sorry if this is blindingly obvious, just want to make sure). Thanks for the excellent demo.
Yes! Actually the 5th Up delay is a good example because there is no straight up pitch delay effect or a preset for it on Digit but I was able to create it simply by putting a delay in parallel and placing a pitch shifter in front of it. Lots more can be done.
Quick question, can you run an ir, graphic EQ, Reverb, delay and modulation at the same time? Also when it comes to presets / scenes is it easy to switch from one to the next as is, or would you suggest midi?
Yes it is possible to run all those at the same time. I'd suggest using MIDI to switch presets but keep in mind that the preset changes are not immediate (it takes a couple of seconds to load the preset, at least with the firmware I have now. It might have been updated.)
@@DoNoise thank you for letting me know. I don't think a delay of a couple seconds will be much of an issue, it would be when switching songs more than anything.
Digit has most (or all?) of the ingredients to create different types of delay sounds found in those pedals. There aren’t stock delay modes like analog delay, tape delay, ping pong delay etc. but you have the required modules to create all of them.
I dont know man but this just feels like a tablet/ipad to me. Just buy an ipad and install a nice app like eventide fx, or other modular apps there. I'll go with Zoia instead
Liezel Villareal I get you but I do have an iPad with lots of music apps and I don’t use them the way I use Digit or ZOIA or any other pedal. They work and sound great but feel like different things.
See description for more info, timestamps and links.

This looks & feels like a touch screen version of the Zoia, super cool!
Empress Effects indubitable ZOIA Just released their version 4.10 firmware, extending Sampling & Sequencer Modules greatly.
@@reverend11-dmeow89 I own the Hector & Euroburo, I'm on it ;)

A minute in and I am so pleased right now
Thanks, your video have me more of an idea what the thing can do. Would love to see more more off the wall fx
I'll make a video with some of the presets I made.
@@DoNoise I have no doubt you'll create absolutely mindblowing sounds with this thing!
Firmware has been at 338 for some time.
This box of joy
It's insane to me that we live in a time where stuff like exists! Great showcase man!
Destroying Amp Gear Demos yeah, really exciting stuff.
Thanks!
Anyone know if this has true bypass?

Yes you can. 4 inputs and outputs can be routed in any way you want.
Thanks!
Do Noise Amazing 🙏🏼
So basically you can make your own effects if you're creative enough/have enough time? That 5th up delay was crazy cool.

The design of it makes me think of a mini "Etch A Sketch"?
But these sketches sound better
@@DoNoise Agreed! it'd be cool if they had a little mini game built in that allow you to turn it into a Etch A Sketch?😅
I really wanna see what you do with unconventional IRs. I feel like this is perfect for your style.
Robo Bob I plan to do that actually. I need to find some good IRs first.
@@DoNoise try making some of your own! Benn's demo had that trickling water IR, that made me realize how many possibilities there are
Yeah his video made me interested in different IRs as well. I’ll try that!

Can the outputs be used for headphones?
Probably not but I’m not sure. Let us know if you find out :)
Can you use an expression pedal with it ?
christopher short it doesn’t have expression input but it has MIDI in/out.
Do Noise expression over midi then ?
Yeah it should work if you can convert it
Is it beer-proof?
Probably not but maybe it can be modded with some plastic wrap? :)
Seems cool but I don’t hear anything that makes me think it can replace a Timeline, DD500 or Nemesis for delay. Hmm

Do Noise are examples of those types of delay effects going to be a focus of a new video?
the5chord haven’t planned that but might do it

Well it’s not for you then. This has so much power mine has been on pre order for 6 weeks. Can’t wait to get mine.
Holy shit what is this
