I would buy one if it was in a Boss pedal housing, otherwise it won't match my Boss board.

This was a cool video. By the look of a lot of these boards, people have been watching your channel. My two cents about the two delays is that one is a slap back and the other is a longer delay setting. That way you don’t have to bend down and turn a bunch of knobs during a gig.

That actually makes incredible sense now.
I use two delays as well live for that very reason. One is my short quarter note to add a tail to my notes, and then the other is for my long slap back.
I stack delays. Modulated on one, reverse on the other. Create ambient wall of sound without resorting to extremely washy reverb.
I got 2 delays- a C C and a Donner Echo Square that has an awesome reverse. Also have 3 drives modded Blues driver, a Meat and 3 modded Soul food and a bias knob modded older Tube driver. Even got a dB-1 buffer boost. The Carbon copy is used for reverb when I use my small amps. Just a pinch gets everything I need. I have 12 pedals on my board and 5 have been modded.
This was super entertaining and cool to get exposed to so many pedals I am unfamiliar with and wanna look more into.

Enjoyed watching the pedal boards. I don’t have a Gladio but love my Duellist, Protein, and Mythos pedals. Strymon for delay and reverb. These days I don’t have a lot of pedals on a board but switch out a lot and have two boards. It also depends on the amp for which pedals sound better.

Thanks for the pedal roasting! 😂Sorry we're commenting now, it took us long due to all the delays we have. I see some people get why we have more than one delay, one has a shorter setting and the other longer. Our boards have change a bit since we we took the pics (my husband even took out one of his delays 😂). Buddy you have to check out the rat style pedal my husband has from Lake Effects, it would be great one for Small Business Tuesday. And the Lyla Drive is on my wish list 🙌 Thanks for taking a look at our pedalboards, we love you man!

3:40 ARP-87 from Walrus Audio one of the best Delay Pedals used in all genres sounds a bit "spacey", its an sort of ambient delay.
Used in blues, folk, Country, Jazz, Punk, Metal, alternative, psychodelic, Harcore, Rock, Rap, RnB, Pop, classic, ambient, Reggae, funk, Techno, dance, Trance, drum&bass, musicals, opera, Sailor Songs, Filmmusic, SoundFX, GameAudio, Beatbox ... on every traditional instrument world wide and so on ....
Walrus make some of the best pedals going,- the Arp is great though I personally hate the art.
I've wanted that pedal forever... but can't justify buying it when I'm not in short supply of delays... (dod rubberneck, boss dd7, ehx canyon, donner echo square)... but what's one more🤔

Cool video! Now I want to see your step by step selection of pedals for you Travel Rig. 1) Show us all the pedals that you have to choose form for this board (like we would have to do). Then tell us why you chose the pedal you did for each step through your new board. Mason over at Vertex Effects Posted a Video (a couple hours after you posted this one) on down sizing your pedal board like you refer to that is what you want. See: Consolidating Your Oversized Rig. Now I am new to guitar and I haven't built a pedal board yet. I have been collecting some pedals as I find good pedals cheap on the used market. Side note I am an Engineer, not a sound engineer but an engineer that creates a product that I have to tell someone else how to make my design for production. Now a pedal board is the end product in this case. Help us get there.
2 delays, probably used for short and long delay settings. But the one from pedalcouple is overkill i can agree to that 😅
According to NUX, the steel singer is their replica of the "String Slinger" by free the tone....but owning a SSS by vertex I know it can be confusing tho....

Hey Buddy, my wish klon clone is a mosky golden horse and actually sounds great (But an Archer is already planned, just wanted to try out the klon sound first). And the Victory V4 is a preamp tube overdrive - works as replacement for the preamp (4 cable method) or as standalone overdrive. Fun fact: It‘s signed by Danish Pete and the Captain and is serial number 00001. Cheers and thanks for the feature. I‘m sure we could be friends 🥳🤘🏻.

My board is always changing with a bunch of Boss pedals, a Dunlop 95Q wah, occasionally a Digitech Whammy IV and a Snarling Dogs Wonder Wah 2.

Regarding AnalogMan, really the King of Tone is the only one with a cray-cray insanely long wait list. The Prince of Tone is long-ish by most standards, a few months I think. The Sunface fuzz has just a normal turnaround of a couple of weeks if you order from them, but I got one (NKT Red Dot) from a store in Austin that actually stocks them. Amazingly great sounding Fuzzface. I'd be on social security if I waited around for a KoT, but I highly recommend one of the various Sunface options if you want to actually play something awesome sounding sometime this decade.

When you said "Get a Lyla Drive. Its half the cost of a Timmy." I was very confused. I bought a brand new PaulC Timmy V2 a couple years ago for like 120 dollars.....then I went and looked on Reverb and......what the hell happened?! Is it because Paul stopped making them, and MXR took over, so now all of a sudden the secondary market for V2's is ridiculous? When did Timmy's become expensive?!
Oh ya! They really really spiked. I'm not quite sure why, I think he no longer makes the v2 like you said..
IMO, The best Blues sound is edge of breakup. My only drive is a Vertex Clean Drive. I add a compressor and a reverb pedal. They are all always on. With the volume pedal, I can go perfectly clean to edge of breakup with just the guitar's volume and the volume pedal.
I came across this rig simply by getting rid of all the pedals that cluttered my board. I started with the above, and boom, I nailed my Swiss Army Knife of pedalboards.
Does nobody use the MXR phase 100 anymore. I love that pedal.

I've been wanting the Quad Cortex since it was announced but the waiting list on it is months away which has made me sad. I still want one but refuse to pay resale and scalper pricing. They're $1,899 retail but have been selling for $2,500 to $3,000 by the same type of people that resell Jordan's and PS5's.

What’s wrong with the JHS buffer?
Nothing wrong per se, but comparing it's input and output to a mess high wire for example it's a whole different ball game. Also about $200 more expensive

I’m broke as a joke and a lot of these “rich” pedalboards have the exact same stuff I have. Lol. I got spot off reverb for great prices. And I save up to get the “rich” pedals. Just saying.
