Thanks for the in depth comparison with the space travel! The space travels seem slightly too big for my ears so there's a chance these may work better.
I feel like they are going for slightly different things. Engine4 has more of an "let's average out what people want and make it better than others" type of sound signature. So they sound very clean, almost sterile I would say. Boosted bass, boosted highs - an old recipe that simply works for 90% of people if done well, and it is done very well. Moca comes with a different philosophy. Very careful tuning, making sure all frequencies are well reproduced in the sound signature, great detail retrieval and paying attention to the "presence" region of the frequency curve. It works for me and overall - even though I am a HUGE fan of Engine 4 and always promoted them to everyone - I would pick the Moca in this comparison.
@@thepolishpotato42 thank you for answering, they just come today and I feel exactly the same.. Vocals sound great now, more full and soundy/shiny than by space travel.. Which I still love regardless.. ST maybe are bit warmer for me, moca bigger stage and separation, more space. Both great and extremely enjoyable:))
Excellent review. And goodnrobhabe a choice. I'll give these a pass - earbuds that don't for properly with foam tips is something I've experienced before - and not sorting I will do again, which makes every insertion and removal with the case a disappointment.. Ams Moondrop really do need to do something about their software, including starting a track record of updates. I'll look again at Moondrop after they do a couple more iterations, I'm sure they'll improve. Meanwhile, plenty of good discounts on Amazon.
Did the firmware update work for you via the app? It always says it is doing it, but when it's finished I have to put it back in the charging box and close the lid - after waiting a while and taking them out, they are still on the old version. Do you have any tips or are my broken?
So... I tried... but the app takes so annoyingly long to connect EVERY TIME that I just give up... maybe one day when I am really bored at my day job I will try again and report back here :)
@@thepolishpotato42 For me it connected really fast on Android and very slow on Apple. But both don't want to update it 😭 And in ANC mode, the right inEar makes a weird sound like an old airplane propeller, also hearable with music on mid and you can feel it like bass all the time, also at max volume. I guess i will send my back. The Sound itself is fantastic, but i think the next ones from Moondrop will be better with more features like LDAC and Multipoint - that should be in at my budget of 100€. So I think will wait a bit longer😂
@thepolishpotato42 uh ngl I kinda lied the roseselsa are only better in battery life and sound. Everything else is almost even except the rosesla are made from aluminum
Very interesting detailed review. Thank you

Hey thanks so much for the comment! I hate to tell you this, but they are pretty much the same size. The differences in shape are really minuscule.
How their sound compare with Soundpits Engine 4?:) Thank you a lot for this review

@@thepolishpotato42 i couldn't find any contact:)
@@thepolishpotato42 where can I find it? Can you put your email here on YT account infos?
did you not try any other eartips? i cant use foam eartips at all and i find even the smallest size too big, are there no silicone based alternatives?
Just stay with the small size of the ones that come with the earbuds. No need to change them, really.

@@cyantox yes, definitely return them. The weird sounds you are describing are 100% not supposed to be there!
hello what foam tips brand and model do you use on moca?
I use SF0 from Sonicfoam: amzn.to/3ObQBnt but I have a feeling SF1 would also fit well on these (not confirmed)
Nowa wersja moondropów soace travel? Jest duza roznica miedzy nimi?
Nie jest duża, o nuanse i detale się rozbija (zwłaszcza jeśli używasz ST z foam tips).
is 34$ for kz extra a good price?
absolutely ! buy them while on discount ! i bought them for 45$ if im not mistaken
Yes, GREAT price!
