I feel you bro all the way , Im in the same situation . Im actually liscence plumber now and I can’t even drive a company vehicle because of all these tickets on a bike and it eats me up everyday 💯 but I have face it and Id love get another bike but I just can’t do it , I’ll end up losin everything and This hunter by the way .
yea i can’t drive at either of my jobs either. not only am i trying to keep my job i can’t drive. its good you’re facing it though. most people run and make it worse than what it needs to be
omg sir, why didn't you just plead no contest to receive a lighter sentence? Going to trial is the worst thing you can do unless you have the upper hand. I know this because I just retired 28+ years law enforcement. In Miami-Dade County anything over 30 mph is criminal, and the fine will be harsh. That's what no contest is for, and you leave the attorney out of it because you can do it yourself unless you can't miss work. The outcome will be the same except you save the attorney fees. Jail???? you must be living in a small town. I've never seen anyone get jail in MIami-Dade county for speeding....... even 150mph in a 60mph one. I'm shocked you even stopped?????? In Miami I've never caught a motorcycle nor have I ever tried to because there are too fast and you only catch them if they allow you to......lol
i was worried about losing my career, i’m kinda glad i waited cause i have more knowledge now than when i got offered the 2 days. was also trying to get the jail time taken away and get community service or something
@@itshollywood247 like I said before, in 28+ years I've never seen jail time for traffic...... even for a habitual traffic offender in Miami. Did you check out the link below? That cop had intentions of foking you royally and he did. I would never nor did I ever screw over a firefighter..... never....never....never. Normally you get a firefight friend who has a cop friend to call the cop who wrote the ticket to cut you some slack. I remember doing a solid for a firefighter's friend by reducing a reckless driving to a simple speeding ticket. That is looking out for a brother. The justice system is NOT JUST. Those who believe it is don't know.... end of story. The negative put downs by the prosecutor were meant to belittle you in open court and as a reminder to stay in your place. I've seen a few times by judges though, which is the main reason citizens despise them. I had good relationships with judges throughout my career and never had a judge question my decision as I was always would show empathy towards the public. I would only write tickets if you were speeding 30mph over and I would have them dismissed in court if you hired an attorney because why punish a person twice. I always knew the system was about money money money money....... period. Don't let anyone tell you differently. Also, cops lie like a rug all the time to get a guilty conviction. That is hard for people to believe, but it happens more often than not. Those are only a few of the system's dirty little secrets.
@@zl1booker516 all my friends and co workers were shocked….pissed even cause jail time was even on the table to begin with. you’re right though the trooper definitely wanted to royally fok my life up cause even if i knew someone who knew him i don’t think he would’ve reduced the ticket or anything. like i said in the video he’s a hard ass and simply doesn’t care. the one thing he didn’t do was take me to jail right then. but yea the ADA definitely wanted to belittle me and i’ll say mission accomplished cause i’ve never felt so small in my life
bro you stopping on the shoulder of that tine 2 way road had me sweating. Get in the grass or keep riding. Sucks about your legal situation, I personally don't think its worth it to run, maybe the situation calls for it but its not worth all the charges your going to compound on to each other. Plus if your in your local area, you don't do yourself a favor because they will see you again and will stop you.
i had no other place to go at the time of getting pulled over but when i made the video i could’ve just rode by lol. i don’t condone running at all, it’ll just make things worse. i’ve been pulled over a lot in the same city and the cops love my bike and ask questions a lot. i’ve never even gotten tickets before until i started gettin pulled over by troopers(which is 2 times now). needless to say if i do go back through there i won’t be messing around
Ya honestly people don't realize that when they run and get away, it doesn't mean they won't keep looking for you. They will see you again unless your swapping fairings every week lol. Only run if your out of town🤣
