Ya know I rooted against this guy from the get go but I am changing my tune with this guy. He hasn’t fought boxers yet but that will happen and we’ll see how he does. There’s nothing traditional about Jake Pauls “progression” because he’s not a real pro boxer. Respect to him and I hope he makes as much money as he desires. But just factually speaking, a normal pro grinds through the amateurs. Go look up any pro boxers “amateur career record” and you’ll see what I mean.

You know amateur fighter and pro style are like night and day. I don't think Jake Paul will ever fight Canelo or anything. Woodley had him hurt in the first fight but for some reason didn't take advantage of the opportunity which I find suspect.

I'm not a fan of Jake, but I have to give him the praise he deserves: he isn't being lazy about this and he is pursuing what he wants to, he is trying to promote the sport in general which is great, and he is a decently popular person across many fields of interests that can bring attention to what he is doing now. Every protagonist needs their rival or nemesis and Jake is doing a great job at making other people look like the protagonist.
