Try to find “A Thousand Clowns” w Jason Robards as Murray Burns and the great Gene Saks as Chuckles the Chipmunk. Murray actually makes the song sexy. (Well, he’s singing to the adorable Barbara Harris.) I had a sad experience w Mr. Robards at the Kennedy Center: not pandemic sad, just a young girl’s disappointment. Later on that.
