- This week, I make the necessary frame cuts and get the hardtail section installed on my Suzuki s40. Using a RYCA RR-1 bobber kit, I am transforming a boring commuter into a truly custom and fun bobber. In the end, I will have a $15,000 chopper for about $5000 total investment...including the price of a low milage/like new 2012 Suzuki S40.
If you would like to be a beta tester, you can find instructions in here:

Intro 1 - Original Composition
I just bought a s40 with 5k miles. I've follow your video and will be ordering the hardtail on Monday. Thanks for the great instructions.
I'm working on mine now. Should be finished in the next week if everything continues smoothly. Good videos!
Thanks! I'd be done awhile ago of I want trying to film it. I think I'm spending more time editing than I do building! But everytime I get a comment, it makes it worth it. Thanks for watching and commenting.
This was cool. I am looking forward to seeing how it rides.
I'm interested in that myself, at least it'll look cool.
im building one as we speak
Hardtail were is parches sar. Can you help me
where can i buy this kit??
very helpful videos! what brand spray paint are you using to touch up the grinder areas? Thanks
+Ryan Toma It is duplicolor acrylic black. I think any gloss black should be a pretty good match. I get the feeling I should have primed it first though. Thanks for watching!
i have a savage too and that build is illegal in spain, in spain you need to pay an engineer to make it legal and it is too expensive 🥲 ¿what tank are you mounting in that build?
