Such a great and informative video... I have several terrocata pots sitting in my shed. I never used them because the color didn't go with my outdoor decor... well now I can spruce them up and use them thank you!!
I "squeeee'd!!" a little bit when I saw the title of your new post!! I'm now completely addicted to 'aged vessels', and back into thrifting and DIY-ing since finding your channel. I literally just spent the 1.5 hrs at the oil / tire center watching your channel, cuz you're my fave YT decor-channel-crush, lol. Love the ambre affect on the large pots!! Thanks for all the inspo!!!
I love how your pots turned out, I am definitely going to try that method of aging them...they look so beautiful! Have a wonderful and Blessed Easter! ✝️🙏🐇🌷💜
So timely. I just picked up some terracotta pots at an estate sale. .. about 5 small ones for $1.00!! 😊 And I was thinking of doing a white wash paint on them. But now I will try your first technique. Thank you for the inspiration!
Perfect timing as I just picked up a vase to change up from goodwill. Planned on going back to one of your older videos. This worked out great. Happy DIYing. Blessings!
Love those pots. I think you have a magic touch! I was looking for the rustic bowls that have long handles and i can't find where you got it. You got the medium size. I have the small but want a bigger one, but can't find the video you showed us.
Hi Jenna, always love your inspirational videos, thanks for taking the time to post them. Do you know if this technique could be used on a plastic terra-cotta pot?
Oh, Jenna, these turned out so amazing love the old world look. Thank you for showing us how to get this look. ❤😊 thank you for all your wonderful videos 🎉
Love all of these techniques Jenna. It is an inexpensive way to get the look of a high end vessel. I am definitely saving this video. Thanks for all the ideas.
These turned out so sweet! I have an aged/whitewashed terracotta planter but over the years the whitewash coat it came with has chipped off. I can't wait to try this and restore the look!
Jenna, my garden pot vibes must have come your way. I was just wondering when you might age some more pots for plants and here was the video. They are beautiful! Can’t wait to do mine.
I love how the pots turned out and will try this, but can we talk about that awesome old vintage looking shovel? I am now trying to figure out how I can find one that I can try aging. It is adorable!
I get so much inspiration from your videos. Love this channel. Do you have any videos of your patio or porch? I am about to decorate out for spring but wanted to get some ideas before purchasing any items.
💜Any future crafters: be careful with lime especially when wet! Odorless, moisture-seeking molecules love your bare skin, eyeballs, lungs, and if lucky; stomach lining. I do LOVE the ombre pots! Maybe try the baking soda, salt, or yogurt method? Safer to store and way easier to use. Drying time = finish. Once it's cured it won't darken with the right sealer.
Thank you for this video because I am in the process of getting different of varieties of the terra-cotta pots fr Walmart to do just that. Been thinking about it all winter. The pots are so cheap at Walmart. I seen them the last time I was there.
This is such an amazing idea and it would actually be fun to do not just for outdoor pots but also for vessels since those cost couple of hundred dollars. I definitely need to give this a try for my outdoor pots except I don’t have any just yet 🤣
LOVE this...so easy too and inexpensive! Thanks sweet girl...love watching your videos..you are beautiful inside and out and always full of fun content :-).
I was wondering as well... do the pots need a primer or a sealer if they are going to be sitting outside in the weather, like rain, etc. Love the colors and would hope they stand up for awhile outside.
Love your videos and sorry to post this question/comment on this video but figured you might see it. my question relates to your video on your living room makeover. You put up a 3 panel piece of art that is discontinued but you linked several others that are similar in your description. You said you printed them 22x40, but the digital prints you linked have a variety of sizes you can print from. what size digital print did you initially use when uploading to the site where you printed the 3 panels in 22x40? whatever size you used, it doesn't look like it distorted your picture. hope my question makes sense. BTW, your videos inspired me to try some faux vases. love. your technique and videos so thank you!
I love the look of lime-washed pots. The orangey-terra-cotta color doesn't fit into my palette. I have done the lime wash + paint technique and love it.

Stunning! Love the look of these. They look like they've been sitting in a lovely English garden for outside of a French chateau.
These turned out so good Jenna! Love them!
Love it! I would also paint on the top half of the inside as well.
These are all beautiful! Your content is always so good, Jenna!
Love how the pots came out.
The pots came out beautiful. Great idea since pots are really expensive nowadays.

10:00 - I own plastic pots I’d like to look like this. Will I need to do anything to get this to work on plastic?
I get so much inspiration from your videos. Love this channel. Do you have any videos of your patio or porch? I am about to decorate out for spring but wanted to get some ideas before purchasing any items.
Just awesome

your so talented!!
What’s a good clear sealant that is food safe? I am growing herbs in my pots but love this idea
This was my question as well.
Mod Podge, maybe?
Love the video. I also love your top or dress in your intro. Do you mind sharing source for that too? Thanks
Thay look fab..you should try using a piece of natural sponge easer to eork with than the papper towel falling apart 😊
Love these pots!❤️
You should use a clear coat over the pots, otherwise the paint will eventually chip and fade
Beautiful Jenna! Quick question if u have time…I noticed you didn’t use the rustoleum on the bigger pots…when do u recommend using the rustoleum?
I was wondering as well... do the pots need a primer or a sealer if they are going to be sitting outside in the weather, like rain, etc. Love the colors and would hope they stand up for awhile outside.
fantastic! Thank you!
Jenna, I love your videos! They always inspire me! ❤ And I always love your outfits! Can you share a link to your top?
Do the clay pots need to be sealed with something to enable them to be outdoors?
That's cool
Awesome... love it❤😊
Oh my what’s the drying time on the limestone wash? Working on this technique now.
These turned out so good but one question….how are they standing up to the sun and watering ??
Love your videos and sorry to post this question/comment on this video but figured you might see it. my question relates to your video on your living room makeover. Amazing! But is for indoor only? Because you didn’t use sealer.
I love the look of lime-washed pots. The orangey-terra-cotta color doesn't fit into my palette. I have done the lime wash + paint technique and love it.
Can you use garden lime dirt on a vase to get the old age look
Does the rain wash off the paint color ? 😮
@Ying Tang I have done this technique and have always used a matte sealer to protect the finish just as Jenna demonstrated.
Years ago, we would put plain yogurt on the pot and let it sit on the sun.
That’s really interesting! I think I’ll try this just for the fun of it.
I'll try that too! 👍
Buttermilk works too
@RustyHBriggs Yes, anything like that.
I use buttermilk.
I Love thank you
How would you get the lime mud to stick to glazed/slick surfaces?
U should make this video again with a slightly different designs of pot or modern look of it
Do you think this method could work on ceramic planters or would it really only work on terracotta?
Would these pots hold up to being in the rain?
I recall you had a video on on diy book cover using paper mache. Which video was that? I can’t find it.
👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
How does the paint hold up? Does it run. My husband would kill me if our patio got the “run off.”
Could you do this on plastic pots?
Jenna, I’d love to follow you on Pinterest but I’m not sure how to find you there.
Hi Jenne, I am from Indonesia, you are very beautiful 🙏❤️
