Yeah he is getting lazy, I miss the long episodes and the content in the shorter episodes is feeling forced and boring about to unsub because he has been getting worse and worse sense coming back from that long ass break a while back its disappointing.
I love how you take what are essentially very similar modpacks and create worlds so different from each other. It's great creative inspiration and, ironically, your restricted themes give an idea of just how broad the opportunities are in these packs!
"Jicima" (pronounced Hih-kih-mah) is a starchy root vegetable from Central America. Usually eated raw, it has a sweeter and crispier taste that potatoes. Often used in salads like a not-spicy radish. 😊
@wadewilson3309 Not as sweet as sweet potatoes. Jicama's texture is almost exactly like a radish, and the flavor is very similar without the spice. It's actually pretty similar to daikon.
If you don't want to spend the emeralds, you could do a little foraging around the area and find the Pam's Harvest Craft gardens. When you break them, you get a few random food plants you can then farm. It might be better to use emeralds for harder to get plants in case you are unlucky searching for a specific food. Also, you might want to use red fertilizer and worms to increase your crop growth and output. The farm is coming along nicely!
Pronunciation guides: jicama: hi-kuh-mah quinoa: keen-wah I don't think it really matters that much if you pronounce them right, but you seemed to be struggling a little reading them, so hopefully this helps.
You may need to place an assortment of the specific crops in the sowers and use the lock icon or it might use all the crop of one type and then fill up totally with another and never plant the first crop again.
Sjin, First Jicama is pronounced Hik ah mah. Spanish people use Js but they pronounce them as Hs. My big question is what happened to all the wizards that were chasing you? Have you stopped them? Are you not using them ever again? Why did you use them in a few episodes and then stop? What's going on with them?
"I did not think... This is going to be a massively long episode."
>Actually one of his shorter episodes~

Yeaa Sjin!
save on pipes and try dimensional chests and tanks for moving items and fluids around
What is that statue looking thing made from haybales near the new crop fields and guard tower?
That’s a tiny little camp with a loot chest, nothing decent in it though
Happy 2025
