    Davud actually he thought you are asking him to stay in their house so they were little hesitant that there home is small for you. But latter on they agree to give you room for one night stay! How cool and loving person they are loved it! ❤

    That guy actually thought you wanted to live in their house rather than just looking at it. He was very stressed about how to accommodate you in their home properly and was saying that there was not enough beds. 😂

    What became clear to me from watching the villagers, that they live their lives inside the houses much more than outside the house. Inside the house they have the prayer corner and other basic needs for their lives. I believe that the weather contributes to the inner gathering and less openness to the outside world (despite the media). During the break at the restaurant, you had the opportunity to talk (with permission) to the owner of the restaurant who could certainly expand your knowledge and answer questions that come purely out of curiosity and a desire to learn the culture and customs of the village people and also to be wise from their way of life.

    • @bagtea
      @bagtea ปีที่แล้ว

      yes..the wall of the houses are also very thick so that they can feel warm inside even in the winter and the walls being thick might be the reason they are very strong after all these years. They also have very thick roofs

    Upper Mustang, Jarkhot region is home to the rare Snow Leopard. These villages have mostly Goats,Cows,Some Yak and due to low nutrient value in pastures animals grace a lot and sometimes become food for Snow Leopard and Wolfs. That may be why they are closed and protected

    The empty houses often have one common daunting tale:
    No Opportunities in the rural areas and in fact even in the cities too.
    Most of the youth leave the nation in search of good job opportunities and better livelihood.
